酒店比预期好 服务好，还免费提供樽装水在每一层，可以自取 ，很方便 。房间充电????
另外酒店虽然不是大，但也提供洗衣房供客人免费使用
包早餐，早餐丰富 ，选择多，吃了两天也是不同菜色
可是房间有一部时间听到冷气槽滴水声也挺大声，希望能改善。下午茶不用期待??

从没给差评，这间还有第一次，取房前台完全没笑容，原订2个同房型，说因事前没有通知，所以不能安排同楼层，不是每层有两间同房型，整幢楼由5-16楼都是客房，却说不能安排同楼层，明知有客人订了两间同房型，却没有预留安排同楼层，真是非常失败，还说是集团酒店。没安排在高楼层什麽景观都没有，说是新开但应该是旧楼重装，房间清洁尚可，可是不知什麽原因，窗旁会不停发出叮叮咚咚的声音，看过评论是酒店没法处理的问题，如果是浅睡真不建议入住。
有基本早餐，另外楼下有便利店及美食街

酒店店员服务态度好，房间整洁，空调及热水都充足，房间用了小度智能音箱，能控制房间设备和窗帘开关，又有智能坐厕板自动冲水很卫生，整体智能设备都很有趣，日用品供应充足，酒店附近有食街，晚上食饭绝不有问题。隣近园岭站A出口左??直行就到达酒店，交通相当方便。房价性价比高，值得推介。

The hotel was super clean, we had a little issue with the room we were given at first (there was a heavy smoking smell, and I’m asthmatic, the hotel assured us that they have a strict non smoking policy but the guest before us might have done so without their knowledge or was just the guest after scent and they would handle it) and the hotel staff were very courteous and resolved it by giving us a new room. They even follow-up with me at check out. The new room was clean and bright. We didn’t hear much outside noise. They will provide ear plugs in the lobby if you need it.
We ordered delivery and a lovely robot will deliver to your door.
The staff and hotel were amazing. Although it’s not super close to transit. It’s about 8-10 mins away. You can call a taxi around it’s simple enough if you’re having issues finding the hotel. Just outside the hotel there is so many food options, we notice at check out it’s actually on a major food alley. Definitely recommend and will explore further next time.

I highly recommend this hotel. Check in and out was smooth and the receptionist is friendly and helpful.
The hotel switch comes with universal adapter and USB port. Smart home system is also installed at each room and you may verbally command to switch on lights etc!

The room I selected contained lots of AI devices like XiaoDu which could detect my voice and play music and the curtain was automatic. The toilet also high class.

Booked the largest suite on the top floor, which was impeccably clean and furnished with all the amenities.
The views from the balconies, especially at night were beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Exceptional, above and beyond expectation from the two lady receptionist Miss Qin and Miss Liu. Always greeted with a smile and makes you feel like coming home from a long day of sightseeing or shopping in Shenzhen. The ladies were very helpful in answering all my questions. Would also like to mention that one of the male receptionist spoke cantonese and very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 8th Floor for almost two weeks, so I want thank the housekeeping lady for cleaning my messy room everyday. Again, excellent performance and always greeted everyday with a smile. Overall, good value for money. A short walk to the metro station that links you to the whole of Shenzhen. You will love this hotel if you are a foodie as there is the food street across the road with cuisines from all parts of China. The streets comes alive with tables out (tai pai dong style) and beer too.
One recommendation for the hotel is to add a Guangzhou CCTV for Cantonese guests.
Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers.

Nice and clean, staff helpful. Located at Main Street, lots restaurants can be choose at night time. Far away from subway stations, need takes fifteen minutes to there .
