Thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the first moment. Was upgraded to a double room due to being a solo traveller. Staff were willing to help with any issue or question. And breakfast was delicious! Also the supermarket at the back of the building was very convenient and it is also located close to two subway stations. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Was introduced by staff to the room. Spacious hotel with spacious rooms. Big good beds. Everything was working. Varied breakfast. TV channels limited but is normal. There's a small supermarket at the back of the block the hotel is in. I loved that I could open the window above the bath. Helpful staff. Seems to be popular for small conferences.

We felt so comfortable from the minute we entered into the reception where Jenny and her team in reception.
Jenny stood very supportive and well communicative for our every enquiries and needs regarding stay, food and extended her full help with smiling face
Without hesitant she came forward to every help
She is very professional, friendly and speaks good English too. Which made us feel like home

The Bauhinia Shenzhen Hotel Is a jewel of a boutique hotel in commercial Shenzhen next to the iconic Mix C shopping mall and accessible via the Grand Theatre MTR station.
Jenny Liu, the manager who speaks proficient English ensures travelers are given a Warm welcome and dietary needs at breakfast looked after. The breakfast is delicious and great value. Rooms are clean, well furnished in a functional way with high ceilings And spacious. Windows let in fresh air and the rooms are equipped with all expected modern amenities. A robot delivers your take away from the lobby straight to your room.
The Bauhinia is a great business hotel, offering quiet working environment and functional, clean and very accessible to the shopping mall across the street (no more than a five min walk). Jenny, the manager is a star and an asset to the Bauhinia hotel, incredibly dedicated, well respected by her team as a leader and ensures her team is focused to serve the traveler with a smile. Will book again soon. Thank you

Excellent support especially taking into account the language barrier. The manager name Jenny is too good. She goes out of her way to help.

Very spacious and lovely front desk. The hotel is huge and AC is perfect and pp are super friendly. Very clean room and the mattress is perfect. Smell great.
