酒店服务是不错的，有问题都随叫随到，空调够凉，只是比较老旧，没怎麽翻新，走廊灯光较暗，房间沙发底下有颗瓜子没打扫乾净，叫外卖要下大堂自取，没有机器人送餐，电视机没有安装机顶盒，收模拟信号不清晰，洗澡浴室出入口没有玻璃门，只安装了浴帘。

My second time staying in this hotel. I return for obvious reasons because it suits my needs. A huge room with clean and comfy bed. I will definitely return when I have a chance.

Good hotel. Best price deal. Within Shenzhen heart, all is accessable. From business matters, shopping and eat. Nearby to Metro train station where will make your trip more convenience and easier.

The customer service was top notch, check in and out process was smooth! The room was nice and exactly the same as the picture posted. Hotel also provided free usage of the mini bar.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful location and great service. Breakfast was okay but the seafood buffet was just excellent! They never disturb if you’re in your room, laundry service is great - one day they delivered my dry cleaning the same day in the evening. I’m sure I’m staying in Watergate Novotel Shenzhen on my next trip to Shenzhen!
