Newly renovated, hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly. Not a bad location, at the same time not the prime location, there are big mall and two subway station within 15-20min walk. I would definitely go back if im traveling in Nanshan, Shenzhen area

There is smoke and smells coming from outside of building. There is cooking exhaust made our trip bad

Not convenient. 15 min walk to Raffles City . Good restaurant right below hotel

The hotel is kind of new. the toilet is automatic and light switches are on a control panel. even the curtains are centrally controlled. if your language
skill is adequate you can operate everything by bedside-even the air conditioner. if on the other hand your Chinese language skill needs improvement
you'll find your way by trial and error.
again the hotel is easy to find in Chinese. type in English on Didi etc the hotel is non-existant. the taxi driver took a while to find the place on his Chinese Baidu.
that makes travel an adventure.

The male front desk staff is super unfriendly. I thought him that my aircon unit is not working and he asked me to try to fix myself. But other staffs are quite nice. the hotel is so small and it is definitely not a 4 star standard.
