房间还行，也挺大的，床也挺柔软的，厕所淋浴做了乾湿分离！
不过楼下配套设施没有特别好，需要开车或者走比较远才能有更多饮食。
停车位有点难听，位置很小

华住会/Accor旗下的美居酒店，法式设计舒适，前台服务好，还送了生果。电视可以投屏，有机械人送外卖。可惜风筒坏了用不到。

我们是从马来西亚过来旅游的，之所在选择美居酒店是国际酒店，衞生品质和服务方面比较有保障，抵达酒店入住时前台（李立芳）非常热情，不仅帮我升级了房间，并且也让我添加她的企业微信以方便联系！
酒店本身有蛮不错的健身房和洗衣房，对於旅游比较长时间的游客来説真的非常的友善，可以解决衣服不够穿的问题！ 另外酒店也非常的靠近红岭北地铁站，步行的话差不多10分钟内，去哪都非常的方便！绝对推荐！
We came from Malaysia for tourism. The reason we chose Mercure Hotel is because it is an international hotel in which quality and service are guaranteed. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk （Li Lifang 李立芳 ） was very enthusiastic. She had assisted in upgrading the room, and advised me to add her corporate WeChat for easy contact!
The hotel itself includes a gym room and laundry room, which is very convenient for tourists who travel for a longer period! In addition, the hotel is very close to Hongling North Metro Station. It is about 10 minutes of walking. Highly recommended!

房间设计正常，衞生环境ok。前台服务员态度ok，我是半夜4:00多入住，前台服务员可以让我延迟到3:00退房，非常好，让我们有足够的休息时间。

赞，服务很好。
行李寄存酒店，结果赶飞机来不及取行李，当天服务人员很耐心细心的帮忙寄走了行李。
房间也很乾净整洁，赞！

Location is good less than 500m to Hongling Bei MRT station. I would like special thanks 小李 and also the night shift staff who arranged for my early room check in at 6am as my flight was landing at Shenzhen airport at 2.00am. The room is cleaned and spacious, The only suggestion is If breakfasts have more variety foods that will be plus point.
