性价比ok, 岗厦北11号口出站50米！成条街都系酒店，但秋果似乎评价所很好！佢全层差5楼都系秋果，上到去5楼，分左好似3区域，健身、餐厅和洗衣房系lift口隔黎！餐厅早餐、下午茶、宵夜都有提供！要赞一赞，餐厅台系几干净。下午茶3-5有水果冬甩蛋糕饼干汽水，而宵夜9-2宵有粥、肉包、粟米蕃薯，唔错呀，暖下胃！地方又大又宽落！呢度几乎见到既都系hk人。房间正常大细，换左间有小窗既比我地，烟味明显，但都可接受。智能小度要好大声先应到机，有机械人送餐，整得都唔错几满意。
仲有浴袍提供呀，意思不到????下次再黎呢边玩，我都一定智拣返呢间既????唔错呀～

Nice stay, good environment and friendly staff. Ideal location. Comfortable bed. Free minibar. And snack available during noon time (biscuits, fruits and sweet)

设施：很全面，还有数据线可以免费使用，大屏幕可以看电影电视，还可以直接给自己设备投屏，看电影自由了！
整个五楼都是秋果家的，房间很多，还有健身房洗衣房。
餐厅简直是全日餐的配置，早上有丰富的早餐，豆浆很好喝！甜品水果都很多种类。下午还有维生素加油站，晚上有暖心粥，昨晚喝了白粥太舒服了。

地方位置很好 附近什么都有得吃
地铁又方便 去卓越就方便
前台小妹妹很有礼貌
因为我今日唔知醒起床 9:30 到餐厅
但是早餐食物全都是冷的??
厨房的员工赶住收工 叫他返热少少也不肯
很失望 面包是硬硬的 煎鸡蛋是冻冰冰
真系好唔开心

Great location just right in front of hotels there are station exits.
Shopping malls are just opposite of the road.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to extend our exploration of Shenzhen beyond the day and it's location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to One Avenue and Citylink underground malls, with Exit 12 leading to Line 2 (Futian HSR, Sea World, Window of the World, Hubei, Daimeisha) and easy transfer to other lines. It turned out to be one of the best value stays in Futian. Beyond the humble lobby, the hotel packs a lot of cosy and homely services in their guest stay experience. Reception staff kindly upgraded us to a window room at our request. It was very clean, spacious, full of smart tech, yet comfortable and relaxing with tasteful natural accents (a landscape art above the bed, green shower tiles, wood furniture). Included are in-room minibar beverages, a healthy teatime station, goodnight snack and 24hrs warm tea at the lounge, gym walking machines, laundry corner, even a robot that will deliver your online delivery meals directly to your room. They also offer breakfast, which we did not take. We are almost sorry we had to check out. We will definitely choose this hotel for future weekend trips to Shenzhen!

The hotel location is strategic near both Gangxia north and Gangxia subway stations. Around few minutes walk. There are eateries nearby and 卓悦shopping mall just opposite the street. Hotel room is cosy with advanced voice control system. The front desk staff is helpful and polite. They even helped to book cab via their own personal apps which we transferred back money to them. Improvement on the street noise cos it’s near the main road and low floor.
Overall is value for money with comfort and clean stays.
