公寓位置靠近燕南站，附近餐饮很多选择，还有盒马超市，沃尔玛可逛，走路到华强北电子世界也是10分钟左右，地点超级理想。房间空间大，有2个房间，但洗手间热水是储水式，每人洗澡后需相隔20分钟才可再使用，前台6号服务员服务到位，有任何查询用微信沟通便可，回覆也快。

地点很方便，地铁燕南站 C出口再行几分钟便到了， 楼下很多食市，要按摩，头疗，采耳都很方便
但我们住的单位，很多尘，好像很久没有打扫一样， checkin也要上4楼， 等电梯也要等一段时间！！！
浴室 坐厕和洗澡是同一地方，没有浴廉，洗完澡后坐厕都湿了。 电热水壶也很脏，真得不敢用。 挂衫机也用不了， 洗澡完的浴巾只可放在椅背上。

Very pleasant stay here. The front desk is located on the 7th floor of Building 2. I received a free room upgrade because my initial room assignment smelled of smoke, and the upgraded room was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and sociable. Well situated within walking distance to Huaqiangbei, and there are several convenience stores right next to the building if you need a late night drink or snack.

Good location????... about 4 mins walk to the Metro.
Many .. Many eateries around n mimi marts.
Room was OK.. lahhh ( just a little smaller then expected)????
Washing machine.. stove .. fridge .. tv.. provided
Which makes alot of difference.
( could wash n dry our cloths)??
????Friendly n helpful reception staff.. she gave us directions n also help us book our DIDI
On the whole .. it was a grate experience.. n fun holiday

The hotel is located in high building No. 2 and in a good location and close electronic market stores, there are many restaurants/food shops and minimart around hotel, and also close to Yannan metro station.
The hotel needs to improve the clealinees, and the floor needs to be vacuumed, a batrroom very small. They should have coffee bags service. Staff are very kind and helpful, others are good.

地铁不错，附近都有很多餐厅营业到很晚，亦有不少车仔档；不用担心吃的 。
房间下层空间感十足，但房间相对就小一点；洗手间虽然不是干湿分离，但是整体感觉都很干净 。 另设有洗衣机（提供洗衣液），住得较长的客人相对上就十分便利 。
整个感觉不错，有机会再到附近玩，都会选择这间酒店 。
