热情，乐于提供各种帮助，小姑娘非常热情，房间设施齐全，吹风风力很大。看评价较高偶然选择了这家酒店，地段不错，酒店环境很好前台小姐姐非常好，非常好的酒店，店员热情周到，环境不错，服务到位，很满意的一次居住，下次还是会继续光顾

这次入住维也纳国际酒店的体验真的超棒！
- 衞生方面：房间的衞生做得非常细致，床铺整洁乾净，地面一尘不染，就连衞生间的角落都清理得很到位，给人一种舒适又安心的感觉。
- 环境方面：酒店的整体环境很安静，周边的绿化也不错，房间的装修风格简约又不失格调，让人住得很放松。
- 服务方面：从办理入住到退房，工作人员的态度都超级热情亲切，有任何问题都能及时得到回应和解决。
- 设施方面：房间里的设施都很齐全且崭新，床品柔软舒适，洗漱用品的质量也很不错，住起来就像在家里一样自在。
如果以后来这边出差或者游玩，我肯定还会选择这家酒店，也会推荐给身边的朋友~

房间很乾净，套房有客厅，适合谈事情。卧室也有办公桌，也适合自己办公，前台服务很好！并且早餐也很不错，衞生也乾净，景色也蛮好的，总体来説值得体验

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a genuinely pleasant experience. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and professional. Check -in and check-out process were fast and hassle-free, which really set the tone for a smooth and relaxing stay.
The room itself was spacious, clean and very cosy. There are plenty of wall sockets throughout the room (including 1 USB and Type C). The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the well-maintained toilet, and extremely strong water pressure and adjustable shower head. Also, there’s a switch in the toilet to frost the toilet’s window.
While the room didn’t come with a fridge, everything else was well thought out e.g there are switches by the bed to open and close curtains.
Next, despite the location of the hotel isn’t within walking distance to any stations, getting around was still easy with Didi ride. But take note the pick-up point is not at doorstep. You must walk a few steps from the hotel lobby to be picked up by the side of the road. However, you can expect to be picked up at the hotel lobby if you book airport transfer.
Lastly, the lobby offers complimentary tea and ice water, and they also serve a rotating selection of beverages - I particularly enjoyed the peach gum drink during my stay.
[Taobao shoppers] The hotel accepts parcels on behalf of hotel guests. However, all parcels are stored under the front desk in the lobby, where they are accessible for guests to retrieve themselves.
[Food delivery] you can order food on **, and have it delivered to your room by the hotel’s robot. Just remember to write your room number in the remarks section.

入住的时候房间门已经打开了，有些奇怪，不知道是不是前面的人没关好，枕头有些太高，空调关不了，设定了26深圳29，度过了一夜还是22，大冬天的冻**。其他部分还行。
