很喜欢这个酒店，已经来过好几次了，入住很开心，酒店的工作人员都很热情，前台小家办理入住时都很迅速，退房入住都很便利，酒店的装修低调奢华有内涵，很喜欢

酒店地理位置挺好的，旁边就有地铁站，去哪里都挺方便的，酒店的服务人员都蛮热情，特别是前台Rose小姐姐，给我办入住时全程都很热情，一直笑脸盈盈的，很满意的一次入住体验！

设施：设施设备还可以，五星级标准，离我们会议的酒店比较近，走路十分钟不到。健身房的设备也可以。基本的设备都有。
衞生：衞生很乾净。目前没有看到什么灰尘之类的。
环境：环境很好。下面有个跑道，非常适合晚上走路和早晨跑步??，对面就是一些快餐厅，吃饭也很方便。

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the accommodations are amazing and the staff is very helpful. 20 min by car from Shenzen airport and 30 from city centre.

A very pleasant hotel. It feels new so it is very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. Anastasiia, who is from Russia, can help with language translation like Russian and English. She helped me check in.

The hotel is very clean and is amazing for business travelers who want to get their job done peacefully and efficiently with class.
The hotel has super service and is always there to help with anything and everything and especially Ali and May were exceptionally nice and made my business trip as productive as can be.!! Very close to SZX airport. Bank Next door and 7/11 next door as well.
Highly recommend!!

Near to BaoAn district and Subway is just nearby. Plenty of eating places surrounding.
Good service , varieties of breakfast , clean room and will come back again.
