We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed a superb service. ?Everyone was extremely helpful and tried very hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. One of us was offered a free breakfast during the stay. Jiang Wen at front desk helped with WiFi connections and was kind enough to let us use her local phone number for our take-out food deliveries. ?The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. Late night snacks/meals are a real bonus after a long day out. Free self-serve laundry with washers and dryers across from the breakfast hall is super convenient. The location is near metro subway station and is within 10-15 mins taxi rides to many areas in the city. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Shenzhen!

开业半年多，房内卫生干净，入住后突然跳电，全房黑暗，职员主动立即帮忙转房间，并诚恳作出道歉，大堂职员拾七也即时加我微信，如有问题可以即时直接联系他，酒店所有职员服务态度很好、很有礼貌，也主动协助我去解决一些上网问题，值得一赞。
枕头很舒服，酒店有售卖他们的枕头产品，我也买了，他们帮忙寄到香港给我。
唯一要有二件必须要改进的事，第一：WiFi 上网除了要输入自己证件后半部分数字外，也要输入大陆手机号码才能收到验证码，验证后才可以成功使用房间的WiFi服务（安全性高），我们没有国内手机号码，酒店职员知道我们没办法连线，主动上来房间用她个人手机号帮我们验证，这是值得赞许，另一件是注册入会员，也要使用国内手机才能成功登记，对想入会的人没办法入会，应该可以改进用那个国家的电话号码也能注册入会员，亚朵是连锁集团，想吸引非本地人入会员的话，必须改进以上二个缺点，再次谢谢酒店内所有职员，每位都很主动协助我们。
下次去深圳也会入住这酒店。

Room booked is good for 4 pax with 2 toilets so that getting ready in the morning is great. Walkable to the Gangxia Mrt. Great service recovery as well.

good service, the breakfast is really good with variety of choices (they even have shrimp and steamed fish in the buffet breakfast) definitely worth a visit. Surrounded by offices area and shopping mall from high end to medium end ones. If not mind the price, this is a wonderful hotel.
