从细节中见真章，这家酒店的每一个角落都散发着舒适与优雅，超值体验，前台工作人员lisa and jay给我提供了便利的帮助，贴心的帮忙打印了小朋友的试卷，酒店管理做的很不错。位於世界之窗，深圳湾公园附近，去周边游玩打卡都很方便，房间衞生做的很好，必须点5星好评，值得表扬！

1.衞生差，在牀头柜-床上，洗漱池都发现了长短不一的头发。且衞生间推门一进去就有股尿骚臭味，房间隐隐约约有霉味。
2.隔音差，楼上走路+左边洗澡+右边洗漱全都听得见，尤其是楼上走路一振一振的声音很大，24点前几乎无法入睡。
3.服务差，办理入住的时候居然还有顾客在和前台讨论能不能两个身份证开8个房间，规范性很差。
4.本来是住腻了连锁看到本地的酒店，看到这家评论还不错，为了这家屋顶花园来的，打算为地理位置和环境买单，结果发现实物真的蛮一般，有点失望，注重衞生和膈应的出差人士建议还是选择连锁吧。

办理入住前台主动给升级成套房房型，推门进去大为震撼，在高强度出差行程中遇到一个家一般环境的酒店让人瞬间从紧綳的行程中放松下来，非常推荐！此外地理位置也很棒，酒店门口就是京基百纳附近吃饭很方便，距离华侨城，万象城10分钟车程，去福田打车20分钟。早餐也不错，性价比很高！

这间酒店真的让人印象深刻，环境非常舒适而且设计时尚，无论外观还是内部装潢都相当美观。房间的床特别舒适，软硬适中，让人一夜好眠。虽然我们房间位於低层5楼，窗外仍可以看到世界之窗那边的无人机及烟花表演，让我跟小孩有个难忘嘅回忆！
酒店提供的早餐选择丰富，无论是西式还是中式，都准备得非常精致，味道一流。
我带着小朋友一同入住，小朋友用品如拖鞋牙刷也能提供，职员们态度亲切且礼貌周到，让我们感受到宾至如归的温暖。每个细节都展现出酒店的用心，是一次难忘的住宿体验，绝对值得再次光临。

晚上?泡芙和Jason已经?帮我准备好房间还upgrade了???竟然第二次来就认得我了 so sweet

在京基百纳对面 吃东西选择不多 但还可以
有停车场 但酒店停车场位置不多
小姐姐看到我带了小孩主动帮我升级房间
??可以直接看到世界之窗
如果周六早点来还能看到烟花??嘻嘻
外卖也方便 机器人可以帮忙送上来
睡得很舒服 没有什麽噪音
床垫枕头很舒适
空调非常够凉 满意满意
有机会还会再来

Superb customer service!
Kudos to the team, especially Vicky from the front desk. They provided a big full size cake for my husband’s birthday. I cant recall clearly but EVERYONE from the team was very very nice! They also helped me take and open all my taobao purchases and send to my room.
Extremely helpful!
Had a free upgrade to the room with the view of “window of the world” and saw the fantastic fireworks from the room.
Rooftop view was also amazing!
Breakfast is great, not super big variety, but well designed menu and well prepared.
Location is not perfect but good enough, will definitely stay again if around this area.

I love this hotel so much that I extended my stay. This time I was offered a corner-suite which is more than spacious and nice. They will help with your luggage, offer you drinks while checking in, give you welcome fruits in the room. Nothing to complain for the service. Better than 60% of treatments I got from Marriott as a platinum member( I guess now they have too many of us). Oh did I mention the breakfast selection is awesome too? They can easily price 30% higher. But I hope not because I’ll for sure stay again for my next visit.
