服务挺好的。房间好大，阳台很大，风景不错。没有智能马桶，然后马桶圈和马桶也没有对上，有点冰屁股，洗澡水很不错。早餐很丰盛，选择很多，很好吃，每天也有不一样的菜品。游泳池水温挺好的，不冷，而且晚上也有2个救生员，水质也好。周围有个嶂背郊野公园，走走很舒服。有送餐饮券，在中餐厅基本就是抵100元的茶位费吧。房间比较冷，因为没暖空调，但给了取暖器就很舒服了，深圳温差改挺大哎。在这里去了马峦山瀑布，挺方便的。

春节期间连住4晚，哪哪都是绿意盎然，空气清新沁人心肺，就是住在郊外公园中的感觉，十几年的五星酒店，设施齐全保养到位，服务很贴心，随时跟进客人需求。值得一赞是早餐很大气，虽客人多却供应及时，品种味道很不错。感觉非常棒的一次入住！

新年假期带老妈和孩子出来度假，选择了这间隐秀山居酒店，没想到这间酒店非常好，服务和设施都是不错，新年假期的房价也不算太贵，服务特别好，最爱的是早餐??，丰盛美味??爱了爱了??

服务: 大堂 前枱林小姐 Yun, 服务友善态度亲切。 欧洲各地的酒店我也住过， 但这里的服务态度 非常好 就只是早餐竟要排队， 我便向前台查询一下， 他们也不介意我吐嘈， 还很友善的回答我，Sandy杨小姐还给了我小孩一些软一点的糖，好等小孩容易食，真的我当妈也没那么贴心。还有中午值班的主管都很好，只是要求迟半小时退房，都爽快答应。最后想前往景点，大堂帅哥都非常好，超尽力帮忙搜寻路线，不想我们白走和浪费太多的行车时间( 因为我们真的不熟路).....
。
衞生: 感觉酒店真的很会保养其设施, 我对卫生要求很高 基本上 很多细节也做得很到位..
餐厅: 食物种类..真的不得不赞 员工 很忙但他们真的很尽力， 前面提及早餐要排队可想言之人 很多，厨师们都 一手煮面 然后等 煮熟的过程中又忙着去包饺子，是 香港人做事的节奏又快又效率， 我感觉在内地比较悠闲的生活里面是十分难得的人才。
环境: 根本不用多说非常赞 , 还有许愿树，这是很少酒店有， 还有邻近的哥尔夫球场。
以上所有人都不知道我会给好评，但我真的希望酒店望老板 知道有这么强的团队为他打理这家酒店，真的有福了

这次入住体验非常好，特别要感谢前台的 Sandy和小昀。她们服务热情周到，办理入住和退房都非常高效，还贴心地介绍了酒店的设施和周边情况。酒店整体环境十分幽静，让人住得很放松；设施设备维护得很好，房间衞生也非常乾净，细节处都能看出用心。下次来还会继续选择这里，也会向朋友推荐！

Castle hotel is a beautiful and well maintained environment. The facilities are perfect for families, with a play room, heated swimming pool, and outdoor playground. There is also a "sand pit" for children, but it looks like an old unused sand trap from the golf course. Nevertheless, my son enjoyed digging in it. The room was a double floor with a mezzanine balcony inside and an outdoor balcony overlooking the scenic golf court. We booked a family room for children and were assigned the "Spiderman" room, which wasn't my favorite decor, but my son enjoyed it. Some of the room facilities such as stickers and decor needed refreshing and was old and worn (i.e. spiderman wall stickers with tears, remote for downstairs t.v. didn't work great, rubber padding around t.v. was in need of refreshing, behind the screen in the upstairs hadn't been dusted in a long time). However, the majority of the room was attractive and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was elegant and felt upscale. There were some vegetarian choices in the "a la carte" menu of the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We were unable to order room service from the phone app in English so we needed to order at the front desk. The staff were incredibly helpful, some spoke English, and everyone was courteous and helped us to have a great time. The executive lounge was open from 2:00 or 3:00 onwards and offered nice snacks. My son loved visiting there in the afternoons and loading up on snacks. Overall, a great experience and we will be back.

酒店设施比较新，设计很有特色，房间对着高尔夫球场和一个大湖，景观非常好，配套设施也很齐全，有小童游乐区，还能体验高尔夫训练场。尤其是前台人员服务非常热情周到，看到有小朋友还送上贴心小礼物，还提供洗眼镜服务，门口迎送宾的小伙子也很热情，主动帮我们提送行李。总之，这是一次很棒的住宿体验，我们一家大小都很满意，下次有机会还会入住！????

This hotel last time I went was back in 2010-2011
This time I was there with my 3 kids who loved it very much unbelievably it was so much better and improved over the years
This hotel has a super staff , she was incredibly helpful very nice she spoke cantonese mandarine and English too
Her name is Sandy she is a huge credit to hotel, she helped us with all the information we needed the nearby help hot to get around as well, without Sandy our trip would not be pleasant and great, because we do not speak mandarine but because of Sandy we will always be happy to return to this hotel and I have also recommended to my friend he will be staying at this hotel with his family and I have also inform him to approach Sandy the super woman of castle golf hotel
