The room and facilities are quite clean.

We were upgraded to a different room, and it was lovely.

They’ve provided everything you’d need for your stay.

There was a gym with many Life Fitness equipment, and they were all clean and well maintained.
I must commend all the staff for their attentiveness and patience, especially the receptionist who kept calm the entire time when helping a difficult guest.
?? Location & View
The location was convenient and easily accessible. There were many different restaurants, bars and malls nearby. But my personal favourite is the fact that the fire station is right on the next street.
?? Chinese Restaurant
I think it’s called Fortune Court. We had dinner there. Again, all the staff were attentive. The food was quite good! If you ever have the chance, please give it a try!
? Overall
This is our second time staying and it’s been pleasant. We will continue to choose this hotel whenever we stay in Shenzhen! ????

这次深圳之行的住宿选对了！酒店从预订到离店全程惊喜，尤其要重点表扬销售部的Suki——预订前耐心解答我关于房型升级、IHG会员权益的各种疑问，入住时更是提前安排好一切，让我感受到了超贴心的专属服务，必须给她大大的赞??！
酒店步行3分钟就到国贸地铁站，去东门步行街、金光华购物中心逛街吃饭超方便。不管是要去罗湖口岸过关香港，简直太省心，完全不用浪费时间在通勤上
对比同地段同档次酒店，这里的性价比超高，宽敞套房搭配完善设施，不管是出差还是游玩都很合适，已经把这家酒店列入深圳常住清单，下次来一定还找Suki预订！也强烈推荐给计划来深圳的朋友

第一次住皇冠假日，没想到也是洲际旗下的。谢谢Amy为我安排洗衣服务的优惠。早餐区域虽然种类不多，但是很精。

Employee very helpful, location close to metro line 1 and you can go many mall and window of the world without changing line. Suite room 72m2 also cheap

Stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their service was top-notch. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and late check-out. A special shout-out to William Li for his outstanding assistance! One highlight was the truffle scrambled eggs, which were a surprise.
