Absolutely great location and a comfortable place to stay. If you’re looking for a base for a stay in Shenzhen I’d highly recommend it. It’s incredibly close to the metro, and just steps from all the shops and food you could ever want. The staff are kind and friendly and the breakfast is tasty, but if you skip it you’ll find really excellent spots nearby.
You can’t be as close to such a busy place as Dongmen Old Street and not get some noise but it didn’t go on late and it didn’t stop me sleeping. I’d also highly recommend taking the short walk to the local park. It’s really pretty and nice to see the more local side of the area.

We went there on a business trip, we were so impressed by the cleanliness and the amenities they provided. The staffs were all so kind and helpful. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the car couldn’t go park in front of the hotel, you have to bring your luggage inside yourself.

This is the second time I stayed in CM+ due to the prime location. Located strategically to DongMen Pedestrian Street and Laojie Metro station with very short walk. Quality of services and room maintained high quality and the inclusion of XiaoDu made smart experiences. Highly value for money and will definitely still come back.

great hotel. near laojie exit E with elevator. just across the road. great location with lots of shopping and food. staff are super friendly. good variety breakfast too. would stay again if i return to Shenzhen free drinks too. highly recommended

This hotel cum service apartment is distinguished by a few outstanding features : room functions activated by vocal command smart system (just shout out the directive and curtains will be drawn or the aircon adjusted to your desired temperature, except that the directives have to be issued in Mandarin which might then pose a problem to foreigners unfamiliar with the language); a comfortable lobby lounge with free drinks (the coffee is great) and an equally comfortable reading room with a selection of books next to the gym and roof terrace on the ninth floor; a front verandah with decking and al fresco furniture that provides a calm oasis at the heart of vibrant Dongmen. The location of this establishment, literally a few steps from both the Laojie metro station with two lines 1 and 3 (line 1 is particularly good for connecting to most major landmarks) and a plethora of shopping and dining options, also spell convenience with a capital C.

酒店附近好多美食，还有开了三层的miniso land，地理位置优越，办理入住前台有免费咖啡茶水，可以坐住办理入住

已经第二次选择深圳东门壹棠服务公寓入住了，距离老街站只需过马路即达，房间舒服乾净，还有小度全屋智能，在台湾买了淘宝的东西请酒店代收很方便，入住期间用**都有机器人送至门口很方便，酒店旁边吃的餐厅超多，下次去深圳还是会选择入住??

One of the best places to stay in dongmen street. the hotel/apartment is extremely cozy and elegant. they even have robots to deliver things u ask for from the reception, say like a bottle of water. I have stayed in dongmen street for 5 days and i can confidently say that the location of this place is probably the best in the whole of dongmen pedestrian street.
