I had a very quiet and comfortable stay — the room was spacious, clean, and exceptionally peaceful, making it great for both work and relaxation. The location is convenient with several major malls within acceptable commuting distance, though food options immediately around the hotel are quite limited, so dining out takes a bit of planning. Breakfast was above average with a selection that leans more toward Chinese-style dishes, all fresh and well prepared. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you value comfort, quietness, and easy access to shopping.

此次入住前海君璞书院，体验非常满意。酒店房间环境宁静舒适，格局开阔，布置雅致，宽敞且毫无异味，令人彻底放松。
早餐是一大惊喜，选择琳琅满目，丰盛美味。服务人员亲切周到，从上到下每位员工的服务都很贴心，无论是细心聆听建议的经理小艾、认真友善的保洁孙姐，还是笑容亲切的前台小姐姐，都让人感受到无微不至的关怀。
整体而言，是一次物超所值的住宿体验，必定会再次选择入住。

酒店新及清洁衞生，房间够大，员工服务态度很好。结婚周年入住，手写卡好有heart，Toilet 与Bathroom 分开，几好. 早餐质素都几好，整体酒店有国际品牌酒店质素。 较为失望系17 楼gym room 无开，得15 楼gym room 开，得几部单车及跑步机设备不足。
整体都好满意，会推介比朋友。

评价：第一次选择入住贵酒店，印象非常好！服务前台的Poppy，服务贴心周到，得知我有鼻敏感后，入住前将房间进行通风透气，并用空气净化器净化空气，我入住时，感觉空气清新舒服，房间衞生打扫得乾乾净净，18楼客房服务的SiSi姐姐也非常专业和贴心，我对Poppy和SiSi的优质服务非常满意，我打100分，对酒点的设施服务打100分，这是我非常满意的深圳之旅，下次继续选择贵酒店入住。谢谢酒店的欢迎水果和延迟退房，真是感到非常开心和暖心。

酒店前台的俊男美女们对游容都很用心，亮点的早歺非常为酒店加分以及洗衣间的小姐非常暖心不但帮忙把诜好的衣放入篮子也把衣服摺叠好！
喜欢智能播放歌曲的小度小度并能看到歌曲字目呢！
君璞书院酒店细心到还为游客准备电子秤与雨伞等～非常赞！

知道我们每天外出回来会很口渴

酒店位置方便，附近便有大型商场及食肆！
因庆祝生日，酒店很贴心，帮我们安排升级了套房！房间卫生不错，职员Vicky还帮我们布置了房间，有心思！

Absolutely amazing hotel. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise given it was the first time I had stayed. When I left, I was given a little gift as well of two tea caddies. I travel China a lot and this hotel really went the extra mile to making it a fabulous experience. There were gyms of a very good size and the reception staff were so helpful given my limited experience purchasing online and getting it delivered within half an hour. (I forgot my deodorant). It even had an air purifier .Also, whilst the underground is not super central the underground station itself was next door. The coffee shop and library within the hotel was another win for me. A cross between eastern beauty and great space and functionality. ??????.
Specific thanks to Rain (the supervisor) and Coco for their wonderful help and super service, which made my stay a very memorable experience. ??????
