The hotel checkin was smooth, the staff is very eager, I could communicate through a translation app. The hotel was very accomodating of my request to have a smoke-free room, quiet and far from elevators. They even provided an air purifier for the room! Anna at the reception desk was very helpful. Location is good, if u have things to do in Luohu. the sheets and beddings were very clean and fresh. the matress was also comfortable. The bathroom has Peter Thomas Roth products which I love. Make sure to have ear plugs for sleep as the district is a busy district at night.

We arrived around 3am at d hotel & we were exhausted. D staff - William is very friendly, kind & helpful. He has upgraded our room to deluxe twin bed & allowed us to check out late. We are really grateful & appreciative.

非常好的酒店，服务，早餐和房间都非常舒适。下次带孩子们来还好在入住这边， 因为周边很多好吃的，特别方便。

位置优越，由东门老街走过去只就是十分钟内路程，沿途很多商店和食，看到向西村牌坊走进去100米左右就到酒店大堂门口。 酒店楼下及旁边街道都是食肆和小商店，本来以为晚上可能会很嘈吵，但原来一点也不是，房间内很安静，不开窗户是完全听不到街道上的声音。
可能因有数次住宿纪录，今次前台替我upgrade 了商务大床房，房间的面积非常充足，亦包二人份量早餐。

定了豪华房，但前后说trip.com只订了高级房。前台代为跟trip.com沟通。最后花了10分钟解决。房间卫生程度不错。我在深圳曾住过福田那间欢朋，这间小一点，但洗手间很亮很乾净。这间酒店不靠近国贸站，但酒店附近很多食肆。早餐味道一般，但选择还算是多，是中上之选。

这次入住体验堪称完美 必须给前台Ada点个大大的赞 入住时给我升级套房 相当nice 儿子心心念的大浴缸 住了2晚还不舍得离开 説下次还要住这里
酒店离地铁站很近 楼下很多吃的 非常方便
早餐选择总类多 两天的菜品有更换
整体体验非常好????
