The location is very good, close to metro n speed train station. The hotel is quite clean, disposable towels are given for daily use. Zi han is very helpful with our queries. Overall a nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staying in Luohu definitely is the right choice. A lot of food stalls and walking distance to Shenzhen Railway Station. The staffs are very friendly. Honestly didn't expect that. Hospitality in China has really improved a lot. A young lady, Xiao Yu, has been very helpful. I would recommend friends and family to stay here when visiting Shenzhen.

The location of the hotel is quite far from everything and we had to have a long rides on metro to get main city sights.

前台服务太多很好，位置靠近罗湖口岸去香港方便，房间设施齐全，前台可以寄存行李很方便，楼下有餐厅地铁出行方便

Had a pleasant stay at Innogo @ Luohu. Close to Metro and plenty of restaurants nearby and amenities. Room is clean and quite bare. I like the idea of using disposable towels which is more hygienic. One thing that bothers me is quite a few smokers smoking near the room corridors.
Overall a decent place to stay and value for money..

去香港看演唱会，看中自驾车这个酒店可以免费停车，走路过去罗湖口岸很近，这个非常重要的优点，缺点嘛，房间比较小，冷气只能维持在 23°，有点热，早餐中规中矩，二楼前台免费的美式咖啡还不错。

罗湖口岸步行至酒店都只需要10分钟，对往来香港至深圳客人嚟讲真系相当方便。
酒店应该系由一栋旧建筑物翻身其中几层作为房间，所以环境都设置得几有心思。
最令我费解嘅地方系佢哋所谓嘅酒店餐厅，居然系一间贩卖酸菜鱼同椰子鸡嘅饭店，呢种生意头脑同手法都几匪夷所思，所以呢度扣咗不少分。
