Location is good less than 500m to Hongling Bei MRT station. I would like special thanks 小李 and also the night shift staff who arranged for my early room check in at 6am as my flight was landing at Shenzhen airport at 2.00am. The room is cleaned and spacious, The only suggestion is If breakfasts have more variety foods that will be plus point.

整体感受很不错，因为当天的确很烦躁也很疲惫，但是一进门就感受到了满满的热情，给人一种舒适感，当时负责办理入住的是小李，仔细看了一下好像是叫李政阳，他真的耐心很好，反应能力很不错，看到行李多会主动帮忙，笑容很有感染力，讲话也是很温柔，而且办理过程中也是积极去回应需求，总体来説这是一次很不错的体验。真心觉得这个小男孩很不错，所以也是第一次有想去写点评，下次出差就认准这家酒店了，如果每一家酒店的前台都像小李一样的话，那麽我觉得入住酒店的客人整体的满意度，体验感是很好的，以及下次选择入住的机会也是更高的。对於我来説这是很好的入住体验，也希望小李同志一直保持着这份对工作的热情，加油加油！

Mercure hotels are always clean with decent amenities. Personally I know that staff have certain incentives to ask for reviews, etc. but I found the behavior at this particular branch really pushy, not leaving well enough alone and asking for guests to mention staff members by name in their (always 5-star) reviews. I would blame management and the company culture here more than anything— stop instructing your staff to harass guests.

This is quite a good hotel and the staff, although no English speaking people around, can be very helpful. The hotel needs a permanent WeChat account to communicate with foreign guests.

excellent room setup, feeling like home comfy and very clean, well renovated room interior and lobby.
The price you pay is worth 5star hotel quality and level.
