A really restful hotel in the midst of the city bustle. Rooms were perfect, roomy and very clean. All amenities were well thought of.
Hotel is also linked to a huge mall with lotsa food option, and also 2 huge parks.

我觉得位置十分方便，由落马洲坐地铁可直达无印良品酒店。附近有公园，酒店下面便有大型商场，有按摩地方，有食肆，还有很多打卡的地方，应有尽有。所有都在无印良品酒店附近！
酒店接待员Wendy and koukou 接待有善，有礼貌，nice smile. 我要求了无烟及宁静的房间都畀到我！
我今次住得很开心，下次有机会再去深业城都会继续住无印良品酒店！

While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

I have a pleasant stay again with my sister this time
Wonderful to receive an upgrade to a bigger room and enjoy the simplicity of Muji which I reckon is her signature design of its hotel. Hope to go back for my third stay be time!

Strategically located at upperhills!! Overall very zen vibes, minimalistic and aesthetically designed interior. Love our room, its so clean and nice. Robots are available to deliver food straight to our rooms too! Service is great too (thanks kitty and koukou), will love to be back again.

Wendy and Jacky were extremely helpful.
They offered a laundry rack for me to dry my clothes without asking.

Clean room with excellent service, it even comes with diffuser. Haven't been to the japan branch but this shenzhen branch is definitely worth a stay for now!
