房间大安静舒适，服务很好 ，小姐姐真的很好进来都会跟你打招呼，还有特别的热心肠，因为在车站坐的出租车，司机不负责任的把我一个带着大件行李女生丢在路边，然後我打了个电话就立马有个女孩子小跑过来接我，还给我拿了一瓶矿泉水特别细心，还给我把行李一路提到了酒店办理安排好房间入住，让我感受到了非常的温暖是非常棒的一次入住体验还有退房的时候还追出来送了我两瓶水真的这个酒店和小姐姐都非常的好很推荐入住！

我们两点多就去check in已经有房间了，房间好大，有瑜珈垫和砖。虽然不知道为什麽淋浴和厕所前的电掣没有反应，但床头有电掣可以控制，不碍事。因为在这里订所以可以第二天三点才check out。前台职员送了我们水和甜品，真是窝心又贴心。

The hotel has good facilities but obviously lacks maintenance. The sofa in the lobby is stained and the lifts feel dirty. The management is in a mess for both check in process and the breakfast in the restaurant. It seems the staffs are untrained as they just randomly talked about everything loudly in front of guests while keeping them waiting for the check in.The restaurant is understaffed as nobody is cleaning the tables and fixing the sole coffee machine.

We arrived at the hotel after 9:30pm, access to the shopping centre was closing. Most of the stores were closing except a few street vendors. We were welcomed by the front desk staff. The room is smaller than our expectation but well decorated and functional. We had a great breakfast in the morning and with a great view of Nanshan. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
