The hotel is opposite splendid China, which was very convenient for us. We have a view of Splendid China see photo. The bed is comfy pillows are nice. It’s in a residential area so it’s very quiet. Not much to do in the evenings around the hotel. Subway is 100 m away and you can always take a taxi to the city center.

很舒适，酒店设施齐全地点方便，隔壁就是艺术中心，地铁就在旁边，打车也很方便，此次入住体验很好，前台penny热情专业，主动帮客人拿行李，很有效率，给力，好评。

酒店很不错，房间环境很乾净，离景区近，交通便利，一出门口，穿过红色廊桥就是锦綉中华民俗村，衞生间乾湿分离，前台小熊服务热情周到，下次还会再想再来！！～深南路的落日也很美

A good place to stay at ShenZhen. The only downside is they do not have a mini fridge in the room.

Food was disgusting. The sauna, swimming pool and fitness was under construction. So disappointing.

大堂很温馨，装修简约大方，房间干净整洁，空调冷气很足，浴室洗手间干湿分离。楼下有机器人帮忙送外卖，附近还有美食街，吃东西很方便，前台工作人员都非常的热情，penny 服务体贴周到，挺好的！

Clean and recently refurbished hotel. Very well situated next to Exit A of OCT metro station, near to lots of good eateries, supermarkets. Lovely green neighbourhood too. Nice selection of western and Chinese food items at breakfast.
Service at the hotel was great. Staff actively approached to help and were efficient. We needed a few items such as an extra pillow and water, and the staff were happy to send them to our room. Shower was also good.
Only down side: the room door was not very sound insulating. If someone was talking loudly in the corridor they could hear heard, but this only happened once.
Overall, would recommend if you need to access things in this part o Shenzhen.

1、新装修的酒店，设施新，配备齐全。
2、房间设施现代舒适，吹风机好用，风率大。
3、停车方便，打车或坐地铁都可以。
4、自助早餐样式丰富，午餐套餐很实惠，挺好吃。
5、前台小欢服务不错，谘询问题都耐心的回答并帮忙解决了，很专业。

房间不错，服务挺好的。卫生也干净，前台小哥哥小姐姐礼貌热情，办理入住挺快。交通便利，门口就是地铁站。酒店外卖机器人可以送到房间。挺方便的，大堂的Henry先生帮忙拿行李，协助叫的士，很感谢。
