酒店位置很好，交通便利，离地铁站很近前台工作人员小吴，小韩，小杨服务态度很好房间衞生乾净整洁，有智能语音小度，周边环境很好，有花园城沃尔玛可以逛，房间设备齐全，整体入住下来感觉非常不错，推荐入住

酒店位置优越舒适温馨酒店坐落深圳湾附近交通便利地铁站位于酒店旁边房间位置很好，视野非常好，酒店还有一个咖啡区房间衞生乾净，前台小吴服务很好，帮忙升级的房间房间的是被很齐全乾净衞生，下次还来非常推荐入驻

非常满意的一次住宿体验！酒店地理位置很好，交通便利。前台小韩服务热情专业，办理入住高效。房间比想象中宽敞，打扫得非常乾净整洁，床垫和枕头特别舒服，一觉睡到天亮。下次来这边还会选择这里！

3.12-3.16入住的2710房间，这期间保洁打扫的非常好，非常乾净到位。每天房间东西给的非常齐全。重点表扬??????房间设施也很好，除了没有浴服基本体验感和五星差不多了。洗手液味道超级好闻，还配备了电子秤。床品床垫非常舒服，性价比真的太好啦??

必须给五星好评！服务真的很贴心，前台Demi吴服务贴心周到，从入住到退房全程感受到热情。房间乾净整洁明亮，衞生做得很到位，床睡得特别舒服，智能小度客控，酒店环境位置交通便利，地铁花园城都可直达，各方面都挺不错，是一次超棒的住宿体验。

入住体验超赞！酒店环境雅还不错，房间布局合理，床品舒适，洗漱用品齐全好用。前台接待热情专业，办理手续高效，回应及时细心，Demi吴服务超好，还给升级了房间，非常感谢。酒店电梯可直达商场停车场和地铁，实现便捷出行，无论是出差还是旅行都很合适，性价比还不错，整体感受很好，推荐大家入住。

第一场来入住这家酒店 在过年期间入住的还是非常不错的 有升级了房型 两间房也安排在了一层楼 非常的方便 不用上下楼去找朋友 前台Felix服务也非常棒 下次也会选择这家酒店 很用心的服务

The room is small especially for 2 large luggage but upon check-in the front desk did offer us an upgrade to a bigger room but informed us that the view from the bigger room will not be that nice. Hence we chose the better view and it did not let us down. The view was amazing.
The shower room was a total let down. Not sure who designed it in such a way where the shower head is pointed directly at the door and the door is not fully sealed or water proof hence after each shower, the floor directly outside the shower room is always wet and slippery. And this is a 5 star rated hotel. Upon check out, the front desk did explain that they understood and have plans for renovations soon.
The location is great. Basement L2 is linked directly to the train station and the mall across the road. There is also a Walmart nearby.
Their laundry room is a nightmare. Only 3 sets of washing machines and 2 were seen leaking water on 2 separate occasions. And their local guests were not mindful of the timing to collect their clothes.
This hotel co-exists with other condominiums hence out of 6 lifts, only 3 is reserved for the hotel and 1 out of 3 is co-shared as well.
