酒店帮我升级了滑梯房 小孩也很开心
两天一夜的话 设施很足够 只待在饭店也没问题
但就是吃的部分不太方便 外送也不太好叫

前台唐小芳服务好，安排的房间景色特别美，还能看到森林的山景和小火车，入住办理也很快，给我延迟退房了，酒店的早餐丰富，自助餐的种类也好吃，酒店设施齐全有洗衣房健身房还有小童乐园都是免费的，景区有小火车也很近，交通开车也很快，值得推荐。泳池也好漂亮呀

前台服务态度很好，会主动介绍附近景点怎么玩，连续住了两天，酒店很适合亲子，还有各种小活动。
工作日过来特别舒服，很多设施不怎么需要排队

Nice for a little break with kids. A lot of stuff to do with children. Rooms are ok. Since the occupancy was not high I kind of expected an upgrade for the room but I didn’t (I read that many people got free upgrade). Maybe I was not lucky. But I was able to check in early around 1pm this was much appreciated. Staff speak no English at all but are very patient. The Food and beverages (the restaurant) is very poor and the food ist nice. For a family place I would have expected so much more. The management needs to address this urgently. Bed was comfy and room clean. Overall I would come back. Maybe they could offer free shuttle to Louhou train station that would be awesome.

一家三口去深圳几次，一般住福田、罗湖、南山，今次在找有特色的酒店，找到这家亲子酒店，房间、活动、配套都很适合有小孩的家庭。订房还有免费森林小火车车票，很值得一去呢！
