一家人到 休闲来度假 ， 订了四个房间 前台全部给我升等 ，一家人入住好开心
酒店设施唔错 ，住房客免费可 用 游泳池 健身室 设备齐全，可自费玩 乒乓球或 桌球 ,Sap， 入住时 外面下雨 酒店都有好多设施可以 慢慢玩
酒店中菜 出品唔错 晚饭 人唔多， 早上起床再去饮茶 ，吃点心好食， 服务亦好
酒店打车过去金坑古镇大约15元

Checkin was slow. Room is far from front desk. Room is incredible. Poor is large, gym is cool. Very 5 stars.. Breakfast is 2 stars. Actually the worst breakfast I had in any 5 stars hotel in China. Hotel looks empty.

设施：浴缸电视无法使用，遥控器是假的。小冰箱制冷不行，冰棒啥的会融化。
衞生：可能是这种地板不容易不太容易看清楚，再加上灯光昏暗，地上有一团毛发，没有清理乾净。
环境：环境还行，有超大的泳池，就是来游泳的小孩太多了，跳来跳去太吵了。
服务：服务还行，基本上有求必应。水喝完了可以送。

The service was beyond excellent! The concierge team and management were extremely efficient, polite and professional. The hotel facilities were top of the line and the night view overlooking the dazzling aquamarine blue custom designed outdoor swimming pool was spectacular. This is definitely the place to stay if you come here for business and leisure.

Very friendly and helpful staff, it was also very clean. It was a shame that the pool area didn’t open up till 2.30pm.

酒店位置比较便宜，周边配套设施比较少，好在楼下就是地铁站，出行还算方便。房间设施有点旧了，但还算乾净衞生，服务总体也还不错。

邻近甘坑古镇、房间及浴室非常有空间感、床上用品舒适、夏天更有游泳池、酒店2楼有中式酒楼价钱相宜、酒店对面亦有砂锅粥夜宵、便利店, 很适合一家人渡假

Clean hotel, easy to get to Subway and travel anywhere I need. However, a lot of services were not available and opening hours were different to that of their brochure. No clothes cleaning service available at my time of stay. Gym equipment was warn out. I did enjoy the spa and salon services available. Might have been due to Chinese new year period, so experience may differ depending when you book. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for the essentials.

The hotel room are clean and services was good. The only thing I’m not really happy was as a five star hotel we couldn’t control our room temperature and I couldn’t sleep too well at night because of the wind are hot. WiFi are kinda slow too and when u walked along the corridor you could smell someone smoking which doesn’t give me a pleasant feeling. Other than that overall are good.
