深圳龙岗中海凯骊酒店：亲子出行的满分惊喜之选
这次一家三口赴深圳龙岗游玩，选择入住深圳龙岗中海凯骊酒店，体验感直接拉满！从抵达酒店到退房离开，全程被温暖与惊喜包围，必须认真分享这份超预期的美好，尤其要向值班经理Rose及前台团队致以最诚挚的感谢！
特别感谢值班经理Rose的全程贴心接待！从提前谘询酒店亲子设施开始，他就耐心回覆每一个问题，得知我们想靠近安静区域且希望孩子有活动空间，主动记下需求并承诺协调。抵达当天，前台的胡元、王雅琪、张爱琳三位小姐姐更是热情满满，笑容真挚又有感染力，办理入住时动作麻利，还主动告知：“特意为您升级了家庭套房，朝向大运体育馆，视野超棒！”这份突如其来的惊喜让我们瞬间卸下旅途疲惫。Rose经理还特意赶来打招呼，详细介绍房间布局、酒店配套设施，周边亲子游玩地图，标注了适合孩子的公园、餐厅和交通路线，连避开高峯的小技巧都倾囊相授，全程细致入微，让我们真切感受到“宾至如归”的温暖。
升级后的家庭套房堪称宝藏！客厅与卧室完全分离，空间宽敞明亮，布局合理又通透。站在窗边，大运体育馆的全景尽收眼底，视野开阔到让人心情舒畅。小朋友看到专属的客厅活动区，立刻兴奋地摆弄起玩具，看书、玩耍都不打扰大人休息，彻底解决了亲子出行的空间困扰。房间内乾净整洁，毫无异味，床品柔软亲肤，床垫软硬适中，一家三口都睡得格外香甜；衞浴乾湿分离，热水供应充足且水温稳定，洗漱用品品质不错，连小童洗漱套装都提前备好，细节处的用心让人倍感舒心。（虽然一般出门我都是自备一次性毛巾之类的洗漱用品）
酒店的自助早餐也很不错！餐厅环境整洁雅致，品类丰富：热菜、冷盘、西式麪包、新鲜水果、现磨咖啡、粥品等一应俱全，孩子吃得不亦乐乎，每天都能元气满满地开启游玩行程，由于时间匆忙没来得及试试酒店的中餐厅。
此外，酒店的配套设施简直是亲子出行的“刚需福音”！健身房器材齐全且维护得十分完好，跑步机、哑铃等一应俱全，第二天早上去锻链半小时，运动后神清气爽；自助洗衣房更是解决了大难题，洗衣机操作便捷洗烘一体，还免费提供洗衣液和柔顺剂，我去的时候人比较少，洗烘完全乾预计2个小时还是蛮适合我的，利用孩子还在的时间就能清洗换洗衣物，烘乾后的衣服柔软清香，完全不用操心旅途洗衣的烦恼。
最暖心的莫过于退房时，小朋友看到前台的大湾鸡公仔特别喜欢，应该是非卖品，但前台小姐姐特意为小朋友准备了一只可爱的公仔作为礼物，孩子拿到后开心得蹦蹦跳跳，一路都紧紧抱在怀里，嘴里不停念叨“酒店的姐姐们真好”。这次入住体验堪称完美，优质的全程服务、视野绝佳的舒适套房、丰富美味的早餐、完善实用的配套设施，再加上满满的诚意与惊喜，让我们一家三口度过了一段愉快又难忘的时光。再次由衷感谢值班经理Rose和前台的美女姐姐们，下次来深圳龙岗，我们一定毫不犹豫再次选择这家酒店，也会极力推荐给身边所有有亲子出行需求的朋友！另外听説酒店还是宠物友好酒店，兴许下次自驾游还可以带上家里的旺财一起，想想就很开心。

酒店位置很好距离附近大运场馆很近步行溜达溜达就到了，交通也很便利，旁边就是地铁口，前台小胡服务很好，热情周到，入住时服务态度很好，房间也乾净整洁，设施齐全，是我出行第一选择的酒店[强]

Friendly front desk staff. Go to extra mile to help us source for souvenir. Knowing that we have to leave early for airport the next day and most of the shops already close after 10pm, the staff help us explore and transact through the local online purchase. Happy to receive our souvenir deliver to our room by the hotel robot at 1100pm. Excellent service!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making it easy to feel at home right away.

Travel along the way for Lay concert after my first stay on year 2019, this time the hotel provides good service such as free shuttle van to fetch us to te stadium & assist to order food delivery for we foreigner.

"I stayed at the Coli Hotel last night and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The service was exceptional—Mika at the front desk was welcoming and made check-in effortless, while Lucas at the concierge desk provided fantastic recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the gym 。which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I am from France, During my recent visit to Shenzhen for a conference, I stayed one night at Coli Hotel. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service, especially from Manoj, upon my check-in, Manoj went above and beyond very warmly welcoming me, explaining the hotel’s facilities, and sharing helpful local tips. His attention to detail was remarkable—he remembered my preferences and even shared stories of past guests like Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), Borussia Dortmund, and FC Bayern Munich Knowing that the hotel has hosted such iconic teams added a unique touch to my stay, Manoj exemplifies top-tier international hospitality, combining professionalism with a warm, personal approach. Though Coli is a local brand, the service feels world-class. For future business trips, I’ll be sure to book at Coli Hotel.
