设施老，而且物品特别不全，连拖鞋都没有，感觉对不起这个价格，而且隔壁冲马桶就好像我在冲一样，隔音非常不好，尤其穿高跟鞋走楼梯的，听的清清楚楚，楼道说话听的也非常清晰。

酒店的房间打扫的非常干净、桌子台面一尘不染卫生做的很仔细认真，一进房门感觉空气比较清新让人感觉很舒服。酒店服务前台及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。

商务酒店，适合出差偶尔住一晚吧，感觉在深圳这个地方还算性价比比较高的了！离地铁站不远，我们主要是想去义乌小商品批发市场所以住这个地方，总体还可以

I’ve had my share of cheap hotels but never have I had such a bad experience.
Firstly, the hotel staff are awful. I couldn’t get on WiFi and was told without a China number I couldn’t get online. the solution from the front desk was “go get a SIM card yourself”. So I asked it’s 9pm where am I supposed to get a SIM card and also I’m not from China what do I do. Not only did the lady at the front desk start to yell at me and say it’s not their problem as they’ve already given me a solution and if that was not enough it’s not her issue. The hotel does not welcome international guests. And DOES NOT HAVE WIFi (unless u are chinese)
Second, we arrived very late and saw they have in room dining service. Second lie of the evening. We called to order some food, the hotel goes we don’t have a restaurant you can order form the restaurant next door yourself. Didn’t even offer to help just told us to “do it ourselves”.
There was a dead cockroach outside my door which for the three days I stayed was not taken away. A bag of rubbish was left on my study open by the housekeeping making my room STINK of rubbish when I returned at the end of the day
Bath and shower gel was not replaced and was used be previous guests. Thank god I had my own.
Towels are all old and damp.
Sink is broken. There are no smoking signs all over the hotel yet they provide you with an ashtray and provide ashtrays at the lifts. And they permit people to smoke and don’t even ask them to put out there cigarettes while other guests are around.
Oh and they are having major constructions which are so noisy till at least 1-2am. These won’t be finished for the next 2-3 years so don’t stay here.
