This Fraser suites's apartment is so family oriented. Thay gave us toiletries for baby (small slippers, baby shower gel + soap + baby teeth brush in Little Petit Prince packaging), big baby crib. The room is very spacious and clean. They provided new laundry powder, dishwash detegent either. Staff is friendly and can communicate well in English. Kid playroom is clean. Only thing is breakfast buffet is always crowded and the taste is not really good. Other than that is defnitely can make me and my family want to come back again

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English.
Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.

酒店很近商场，附近基本上咩都有得食，最正系swimming pool 真系好靓，仲有房间好大。
不过酒店早餐体验一般，因为当日台面有张牌有写食完请反转张牌就会有同事黎收走野，但完全无反牌都比人收走啲野，哩个位都比人抢埋

今次我订既系二居室行政书房，3点半左右有房。一入到去都哗哗声，公寓住过几间，呢间设计最新颖，亦最乾净。18楼泳池冇得顶，唔游都要打卡，7楼有playroom同埋桌球仲有按摩椅。对面马路就系中航城商场，衣食住行齐哂，贵但值。

第二次入住深圳辉盛阁国际公寓，今次与家人共预订两卧室套房，房间比想像中还要大，家俬陈设床舖又也分整洁，公寓服务员服务有礼，客房清洁
员更热情推介公寓设施。
共有两间房，三个洗手间，两个浴室（一淋浴和一浴缸），一个厨房内设家具齐全，有咖啡机、雪柜、微波炉，洗衣机和乾衣机一应俱全。
早餐至早上10时，在公寓的7楼，可坐室内和室外选择，推荐享用早餐，食物和味道也不错，特别是人手煮面，面质弹牙有口感。
18楼天台近设空中泳池至晚上22:00，水深0.7-1.3适合任何年龄，可欣赏日落和夜景，但颇为大风。
邻近中航城4个商场，餐厅玩乐购物应有尽有。
不想外出，在公园内可叫**外卖，公寓有机械人可送到房间方便极了。

前台服务人员态度和口气非常差，都过了几个月了现在想还是很生气，不知道贵公司请的都是哪家的公子哥和千金来屈身做前台的，入住问多两句冷笑看着我，真是一脑袋问号，退房电话提醒口气非常没礼貌，好像约架一样。来过两次，以后不会再选择你这一家

位置很棒，停车很差，网红泳池一般般，夜景不错，提供的餐饮一般，不是很丰富。房间很私密，房间整洁，舒服，偏商务。中间的餐厅很棒，空间艺术感强。餐饮非常好，比一般的五星级要好。
