今次体验系满意嘅 如果要挑剔，就系有些安排不理想
有些唔到位时只会向提供向下游比你选择 要客人比压力才能达标 其实，一般五星都即时会俾你上游 而冇需施加压力

嘉宾轩Gary 醒目又勤快 接待宾客之余又帮忙收拾
听到堂内打烂东西的声音即刻跑去帮同事收拾
不是斋坐接代处 第二位是主席楼中菜部谢小姐

The hotel is in an excellent location with facilities that are very well-maintained. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the guest butler, Jenny, adds me on WeChat to follow up on any needs promptly. A truly comfortable experience!

Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Again, hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are gorgeous, and still the bedding to recommend. Ordered in-room dining, Hainan chicken was my perfect.choice. Pure luxury but totally chill and comfortable. Absolutely loved it!

Grand Hyatt Shenzhen — Birthday Weekend Splurge
We splurged on a Grand Suite for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The suite was spacious and elegant, with access to a quiet club lounge that felt like a hidden retreat. Breakfast was a feast — from authentic Chinese dishes to hearty Western classics, the spread was impressive. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but spotless; we went in the morning and had it almost to ourselves, just our family and one other guest. Special thanks to White at the front desk, who was friendly and thorough in explaining our package and the hotel’s amenities, making check-in smooth and welcoming. With its prime location next to MixC Mall, this stay was both indulgent and convenient — a memorable weekend getaway.

住的很舒服，所以和家人决定在续住一晚，很经典的一家君悦，设施很齐全，房间乾净整洁，楼下就是万象城出行相当便利，宾客关系部的Jenny会及时跟进我们的需求，非常棒
