前台客服员友善专业， 房务员细心。 特别本人遗留 地铁卡一张 房务及前台也发现并提保管， 不会把人客遗漏 物件遗，失 有大酒店风范。 洗澡间也十分宽敞

交通十分便利，服务态度很好，衞生条件较好，缺少一次性拖鞋。周边餐饮休闲娱乐配套设施完善。离罗湖口岸、深圳火车站都很近。

这家店的位置特别好，就在地铁口，实际距离比导航的距离还近。出入方便。酒店房型比较多，今天的房还不错。离老街很近。

We had great time at the hotel and the service was absolutely perfect. A lobby personnel was able to help with shipping few packages to different cities in China and went above and beyond any expectations. Our movie room had nice projector and good selection of entertainment.
