酒店前枱服务好好， 有礼貌 好详细讲解 分配房间好好 房间好乾净非常满意 酒店安排有特别 活动提供，谢谢。 但系美中不足， 房间 系中央冷气天气虽然冷但系房间 提供意见 开风会好好多 因为房间好焗，可以改良还更好。 我会再入住，谢谢

Well they stay was for our anniversary we intentionally booked sth remote. So the hotel is beautiful just a bit old. It’s a resort type of place with huge rooms in a huge area. However, it’s really far away from everything with anything much around. We stayed for 2 nights, first night we enjoyed the free hotpot provided in our booking package (amount of food is fixed, not enough for us..) so we had to order sth from the closest supermarket which took 2 hours to arrive as it is really too far away. Second night we just took a 40mins ride to the closest city area for an early dinner as we didn’t know what to eat for lunch..
the package comes with the ‘theme park’ tickets,, but please don’t expect anything.. everything is closed in the park.. it’s like being abandoned for a decade :/ it’s a shame because the view there was amazing. I hope they would do some serious renovations to upgrade the overall amenities.
Uh one more thing, the bed in the room. It’s SUPER HARD. It’s big but it’s like sleeping on the floor. I don’t know maybe some people prefer hard bed. Just not for us. What a shame.

A unique hotel with a beautiful scenery. Our first impression was quite positive when we saw the charming lobby decorated with flowers and glassware. At the front desk John Cheng Asst. Front Office Manager was very professional and kind. He upgraded our room and personally took care of us. During dinner Yolanda was very helpful and nice. She escorted us personally to show all the restaurants and different dining options. She even helped us with our meal selection. Moreover during breakfast Chris Huang helped us, although the breakfast buffet was very busy, he took the time to make us feel special. The room is very large with an amazing lake view. The bed is very comfortable. Although the hotel was opened in 2007 thanks to its dedicated personnel we had a wonderful holiday at this unique hotel.

What a lovely trip in fairytale land. The place is amazing, the rooms are amazing. I don’t want to leave, I kept extending my stay! These folks have built the entire area very precisely to put a person in a meditative or romantic mood, either or both from choice. And Eric and Lucy at the tea room were so much fun just like the rest of the staff who checked on my needs multiple times. Definitely coming again. Definitely.

We love this hotel and when we want to have really good vacation, we choose Interlaken. I just hope breakfasts could be more western, better choice for western food. Same for evening buffet.

We stayed over at the hotel especially to use the hot springs just to find out that it was closed for maintenance. It would've been great if they let us know at the time of booking that the hot springs were closed. Outside of the hot springs, there isn't much to do. We went to the Knight Valley which cost an arm and a leg but there wasn't much else we could do. We could've visited just for the day and had the same experience without staying over at the hotel. A waste of money for sure. Nowhere on trip.com's hotel information does it mention that the hot spring's are closed for maintenance purposes. I would never have spent the money to stay over if I knew this in advance.

Now hotel no have many activities , even food dnt have much variety , so it’s disappointing , and location is so outside so very difficult to manage .

My second time here, the hotel is again exceeded my expectations. Cant get enough of the view and the vibe here. Felt like I just went to Swisserland

It’s a beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Delighted to get an upgrade. The lake view suite was spacious, elegant with a balcony. It’s super comfortable with a great view. The overall hygiene however should improve.
