入住体验良好，房间设计巧妙，客房服务响应快，早餐选择多，酒店位置很好，还有shuttle bus可以去洲际的沙滩，性价比很高。虽然可以看出酒店稍有年头了，但是瑕不掩瑜，以后有机会还会考虑带家人过来的。

As always such a great stay at my favourite hotel in Shenzhen. I always feel so relaxed and refreshed when I stay here. The breakfast is amazing and has great veggie options. The rooms are wonderful, huge beds and deep, long baths. My locket wouldn’t work when I went for a swim, but Sam on the front desk and the lifeguards were so helpful. Sam also arranged a late check checkout, free of charge, which was amazing. The private beach is the cherry on the top. My home away from home ??

第一次来深圳大梅沙，入住体验很愉快。 地理位置佳，离地铁站和海滨公园都很近。前台给升级了海景房，可以看到停泊的游艇和远处的海景。还可以乘酒店接驳车去洲际私人沙滩，人少、躺椅免费，天好晒背太太太舒服了。
房间宽敞，双床房有两个水池用水方便，每个房间带阳台，有晒衣架晾晒方便。
自助早餐品类还可以，但味道一般般。
酒店工作人员都很友善热情。 这次入住很满意。

房间环境很好，比周围的快捷酒店环境好。快捷酒店楼下是吃饭的夜市很吵。和洲际比性价比更高。推荐度假??入住。和洲际共享私家沙滩，沙滩乾净，人少。

性价比极高的度假酒店，和三亚比较，少了一些乱七八糟的附加服务（小礼品和管家服务等），简单的服务反倒觉得很舒心，早餐不错 有我喜欢的奶酪和杂粮麪包，水果很丰富也新鲜。房间很大，床品舒服，洗澡水特别好，去沙滩需要坐摆渡车，和洲际共享的私人沙滩人少，沙子很细软！和旁边的公共沙滩人满为患的状况相比实在好太多了。下次还会再来，但是打算换洲际了，主要是游泳方便。

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The check-in staff kindly upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge for one person and generally clean, with fresh linens and all the necessary amenities. The sea view was a definite highlight.
Breakfast was included and offered an extensive selection of food, including European options. The gym and indoor pool were good additions for guests.
On the downside, the dining area felt a bit small. Also, some guests were talking loudly on their balconies in the evenings, which was disruptive. I also wish the outdoor pool had been open.

Everything simply sensational, amazing room, wonderful cleaning, excellent breakfast. I was attended by Sam, who was very kind and polite, offered us a room and an amazing stay. I am completely satisfied, I will definitely come back more often.

首先感谢前台服务员 Miya 小姐及邵先生的热情招待及将房间升级至高楼层的海景房。
房间宽敞很整洁，负责打扫的团队可记一功，每次房间打扫完都有位主管来检查是否妥当。淋浴间和浴缸的热水供应是即热的，赞！浴缸尺寸够大不过没有附设花洒来冲洗浴缸。电视机只有电视台的频道没有会员的电影节目但电视机可以手机投屏。阳台的玻璃门隔音不错，傍晚酒店外的雀鸟叫声只要玻璃门关上就听不到。房间内有电蚊香液。
早餐食物款式很多味道不错，餐厅地方很大座位也多。大堂门口旁有外卖柜，外卖亦可以用机械人送上房间。

我们主要是看上了这酒店有室内外的泳池，白天在室内不怕晒，下午五点后再去室外，健身房虽小，但是我老公也很满意。前台靓女黄梦芸看我们带了孩子帮我升级了海景房，非常感谢！在这住吃饭很方便，吃了一晚自助餐，然后开车去了师公会吃海鲜，五芳谷的乳鸽也很棒👍🏻 下次在市内玩还首选这。
