Hands down my favorite hotel in Shenzhen. Always an amazing experience staying at Langham. It situated in a residential area, but amenities and facilities are a top notch! Truly a luxurious experience

离地跌站要走几分钟，距离还能接受。酒店的门侧对马路，一开始没找到。
入住的体验不错，餐饮消费额度和房间升级都有兑换到。升级后的房间非常大，整体设施和布局比预期还要好，风格有点复古英伦，家俱材质很好。
早餐种类很丰富，味道却没有新酒店，比如亚朵那么中国味。

这次刚开始本来想投诉，但被前台NiNa的真诚打动，就客观説一下大概吧！这次又是开会临时过夜决定在经常住的朗庭入住，照旧用泰康协议价入住，没想到前台打电话去询问后竟然因为当天即将客满为理由説当天用不到协议价！这明晃晃的店大欺客行为让我瞬间火大质问，泰康集团常年业务和商务活动都放在楼下朗庭，对你们生意的照顾居然在这个时候被轻易拒绝协议价？！可笑吗？！这时NiNa赶紧过来处理，很诚恳跟我解释了原由及提供方案，最后我以自己在携程的钻石会员以1400多的价格（此前非节假日或展会从未有过的高价），但我内心的不爽是因为NiNa的应变能力及真诚而算数的。希望酒店重视这种人才，想客人之所想而不是在生意火的时候就趾高气扬怠慢老客户！花这么多字数点评就是希望酒店更好！

首次入住深圳朗廷酒店，各方面都相当好，超预期，推荐入住。前台送了美美的花花，心情一下子就好了。22楼办理入住超丝滑，超有耐心，满足我提出的所有要求，超级nice。房间很大，很乾净，略潮湿。行政酒廊的下午茶品类丰富，食材品质看起来都很好，司康好吃哦。总之各方面都非常满意啦。

The hotel was very nice. A couple days before we arrived, I contacted the hotel and requested a couple of changes from my earlier reservation. When we got there, I found everything was ready as exactly as we asked for. The room was quite large and sparkly clean with all the amenities we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely high quality and superb, and chefs seem to be very proud of their talents and the dishes they prepared on the spot far exceeded what we’d expected as we experienced in the other hotels we stayed earlier on our trip. All in all, we were very impressed by the service standard of the hotel in all sections. A special thanks to the concierge staff, especially the two I later learned whose names were Jian Wang and Anita. They were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us preparing paper copies of our traveling documents that might be required by immigration for my next leg. They truly represented well-trained younger generations of the hotel staff displaying the service excellence advocated in the Langham commercials. Langham Hotel will certainly be my first choice when I visit Shenzhen in future, and I would not hesitate to recommend this to my friends and colleagues who want to exprience what is truly a five-star hotel service.

位置在东海国际，旁边是香蜜湖，挨着深南大道，离皇岗口岸很近，去哪儿都很方便，深圳的老牌富人区，中餐厅唐阁还是米其林餐厅，早茶非常好

不愧是五星级酒店！每个服务人员的态度都友善真诚有礼貌！房间里面的浴缸很大，可以容纳两个人！ 2楼的早餐选择多一些，22楼的早餐会精致一些！但两个都很好吃！推荐推荐。
另外，房务部的阿姨很是细心，还帮我整理好了数据线！

这次入住总体上还是非常满意的。一开始选了这家酒店还是有点担心，毕竟有点老了。但去了之后发现酒店保养得非常好，原来担心老旧衞生等问题完全没有，可以説和近几年才开的酒店没有大的区别。网上订房间时提的要求也全部满足，房间里马桶之类虽然是老式的，但房间布局和空调出风设计都很不错，房间非常安静。另外值得一提的是服务人员的表现。因为带小朋友游玩我体力不支，每晚的晚饭都是在朗廷会解决的。那里的经理张捷从第一天为我们服务起就表现热情优秀，几天下来和我们小朋友建立了亲密的友谊。其他诸如早餐服务人员、门僮和房间打扫人员也都服务在线，让我们这次在朗廷的春节假期非常愉快。
