酒店的服务非常好，因为生病无法出门，酒店帮忙把需要的药品和食物都放在门口，响应也很及时，就算深夜也有前台及时回覆我的需求，下次还会来住。

Our stay at the Hotel Residence G in Shenzhen was excellent. We booked a one-room suite that was both spacious and inviting. The bed was huge, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean, contributing to a truly relaxing ambiance.
The amenities were a highlight, featuring a delightful buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and an evening cocktail. I would highly recommend this hotel for a long weekend to take full advantage of everything they offer.
Special thanks to Jessica, the Food & Beverage Manager, for being so nice and accommodating throughout my stay.

New looking and modern hotel that is more like a luxury condominium project. Great gym and pool. Loved that the gym was 24/7! Very close to metro station. All staff was super sweet and so helpful at all times. We loved that so many of them spoke excellent English! Will definitly stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent. However, cleanliness is poor. I was bitten by bed bugs on my 2nd night. Even after I asked for the room to be cleaned the situation did not improve. When I informed the service staff, she just apologised, nothing else.

非常不错。很安静，房间设施比较好，很法国风情的安排。
行政酒廊礼遇:也很不错，酒店服务人员人性化。楼下的吃的也比较方便和丰富。
