酒店就在图书馆旁边，位置很好，出来就能打车??，很方便，大堂很宽敞明亮！酒店入驻了粤菜金翠皇宫很棒，还有超棒的健身房和泳池，标准的商务酒店，适合来自不同的地方的旅客，酒店职员新新服务很棒，关怀问候，很好！房间整洁乾净舒适，酒店有机器人送餐，很棒的入住体验，下一站还会再来[愉快][愉快]

是一间很老的酒店了，虽然照片拍出来看着还行，其实现场相当一般。。淋浴室花洒是固定的并且热水比较难调节，方向还是冲着门口，于是洗完澡外面水漏得到处都是。浴室的门推拉不畅，巨大声。红木色调也是老派格调昏昏欲睡，有一个衣帽间倒是。楼下有肯德基和早餐店。退房之后过了两天有电话回访，一听説我还是真有些问题跟他们反映，马上説希望下次服务更好也不愿意听了。

地点方便，乾净衞生，酒店无论任何地方都很宽敞，很有空间感，员工也很亲切，地点附近有多美味食物。有机会适合再次入住。

酒店地理位置方便，出行交通很便利，地铁站就几百米，房间是大堂经理Bruce安排的，安排的房间很满意，服务也好，很细心，酒店设施齐全，有洗衣房，泳池，健身房等，这个价格在附近来讲性价比很高，下次来深圳会再次选择圣淘沙！

这次的入住体验还是非常好的，从元旦住到现在，酒店的员工都非常热情，环境不错，床品舒适，特别是小欧的服务很热情周到，房间设施设备齐全，衞生做的挺细致，大堂宽敞明亮，入住手续办理也是高效的，晚上安静不吵闹，可以好好休息，感觉都蛮不错的，有机会还会再来入住。

We had a terrific stay in this hotel. All the staffs ( especially 李先生) went above and beyond to help us out. The room is spacious and cleaned and it comes with everything we need. The best thing we love is their swimming pool. It’s such a pleasure to swim in it every morning. It is crystal clean and not saturated with chlorine. The length and width is perfect for lap swimmer. I would come back just for the swimming pool, of course and all the friendly staffs. I will definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to my friends and family.

very good service but isn't too close to the next metro station. If you carry luggage, when leaving the hotel, you better take exit C. When arriving, exit B is sufficient.

Unprofessional check-in. Gave us the wrong room. The swimming pool has lanes for adults and teaching and only one lane is for kids, so it's not appropriate for families. Inside pool is freezing cold.
Breakfast is almost nonexistent, no options.
The rooms are dirty and old. There's an outlet in the middle of the bed headstand.

We had a wonderful vacation there for 6 days! We liked many things about the hotel, such as the location which is pretty close to the Fun2 shoppping center. The fitness and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are fantastic, my kids enjoyed swimming a lot there! Apart from the facilities, the service is also top tiered! We remember there is a cleaner named Zhu YangCheng 朱样成 provded us with clothing washing and drying, and of course with professional room cleaning service, which I believe this reflects the overall servicing standard of the hotel. I also remember the encounter with the beautiful and elegant hotel manager, with a sweet smile, who was herself transporting the luggage hanger on herself, what an excellent role model for all!
