Check-in was smooth, front desk staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, all amenities were there including the fridge and locker. The location is near the market and there are a lot of eating options nearby. Highly recommend.

I’m a big fan of this hotel and regularly stay there ok my trips to Shenzhen. I love the location, the amenities and the fact that it is perhaps the oldest proper hotel in Shenzhen (opened in 1985). Really love that retro feel about the hotel!

?? Cleanliness
The room was spotless when I arrived—fresh sheets, clean bathroom, and no weird smells. Always a good sign.
??? Comfort
The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were just right. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, including a bidet, a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer, and luxurious Acca Kappa products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer). Nice touch!
?? Amenities
The TV had basic local channels—nothing fancy, but enough for winding down. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle, and some biscuits as snacks.
????♀? Facilities and Services
There’s a small gym—good for cardio or light workouts, but not ideal if you’re into heavy lifting. We spotted the hotel’s robot service cruising around, which was fun to see. There’s also a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient for longer stays.
?? Location & View
My room had a decent city view. The hotel’s location is great—close to malls with plenty of shops and restaurants. “Wondermeet” is just down the street, so it was easy to pop by.
?? Breakfast Buffet
Honestly, I’d skip it. The buffet was very limited and not restocked regularly. There are better breakfast options nearby, so you’re not missing much.
? Overall
Clean, comfortable, and well-located. The room had everything I needed, and the extra amenities were a nice bonus. Just don’t count on the breakfast. I’d stay here again for the convenience and comfort.

怎么没有人告诉我尊享房型有?冰镇饮料赠送太好了。窗户也更加大，?视野非常广。?也享受了下午茶，一楼餐厅大叔服务非常专业，?咖啡冰的热的都可以选，?还可以打包，非常惊喜。

房间虽然不大，但是很干净整洁，床品不软不硬正是我喜欢的那种，每次来深圳最喜欢入住的酒店.今天下午的时候，因为做医美项目没有及时退房，酒店也很人性的免费帮我延了一个多小时，很赞！

老牌酒店的经典魅力！这次入住深圳上海宾馆，整体体验非常满意。
?? 早餐丰富：中西式选择多样，尤其是本地特色点心很地道，食材新鲜，用餐环境舒适。
?? 老派装修风格：酒店大堂和客房保留了经典的设计，怀旧感十足，干净整洁，有种低调的优雅。
地理位置方便，靠近市中心，服务人员态度亲切，性价比很高。如果喜欢传统风格酒店，这里是个不错的选择！
