入住酒店大厅很大看起来很舒适，酒店还有免费的停车场，打扫衞生大姐服务很好，房间的床品好舒服的，房间物品齐全，还有早餐！早餐也丰富。下次还来入住的。

For international travellers, even if you're transiting thru China for less than 24 hours, it will be highly beneficial for you to download and confirm an opened account with WeChat. Learn how to use the app because it is the main communication method in China.
If you do not have WeChat, you can call the hotel through Trip.com's app. They have a free internet call where you can use the airport WiFi to call. If you do not speak Mandarin, pass your phone to the information counter person at arrivals and he/she will help you communicate your arrival.
Secondly, if you're arriving in T3 of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, the hotel shuttle is a mini bus that parks in the bus area outside of Gate 15. Walk out of Gate 15, go down the flat escalator, then walk straight towards where the buses are parked. The blue, green and orange e-hailing lines have nothing to do with the hotel shuttle. Just make sure to call the hotel beforehand to let them know you have arrived.
The hotel room is spacious and has an almost luxurious feel to it. The "stinky smell" that I've read a few reviewers mentioned is due to the herbal shampoo and body wash the hotel provides. The smell will eventually go away as you use the shower. Our room had a rain shower head. They provide everything you need for an overnight stay in the hotel. Just make sure you pack your essential products in your carry-on if you have checked baggage that goes through to your final destination.
Our stay included a buffet breakfast for two. At the time of our stay, we only paid RMB378/MYR220 for a night. Very affordable and reasonable stay. You can also schedule your ride to the airport at the front desk.
The only downside I experienced is the fact that some guests staying next to our room were smoking in their room. Hence, through shared ventilation of the floor, the smoke came through into our room. The air in the room was also incredibly dry. Since I come from a country where our humidity levels is always above 80%, I felt like I was fish out of water. My throat and lungs were irritated by the smoke and dry air. Hence, I didn't have a restful sleep.

外卖会有智能机器人送上来，酒店有班车可以送去机场，机场也有班车回酒店，酒店大堂非常大还有免费的茶水喝，环境也很乾净，还有空中花园有坐的地方和朋友一起喝喝茶聊聊天也很不错，
