The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, a bustling surrounding commercial district, and proximity to the convention center. The front desk staff, Jossce, provided excellent service warm, attentive, and efficient in room arrangements. The room was clean and comfortable, resulting in an overall great experience that I highly recommend.

Jossce's service was excellent. She promptly handled the check in procedures with a professional and friendly attitude, actively introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The room was well prepared, clean and comfortable. The service was also outstanding, with quick responses, resulting in a smooth and pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended, and I would choose it again.

My stay at the hotel was once again a wonderful experience. The service provided by the front desk staff member, Jossce, was particularly impressive. She was extremely warm and attentive, not only arranging my room promptly and efficiently but also kindly offering a complimentary upgrade and a late check out, which made me feel truly well taken care of. The room itself was comfortable and bright, with excellent floor to ceiling window views spacious and open. During the day, the room was filled with ample sunlight, and at night, the city lights created a dazzling scene. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, situated right next to a lively shopping district with easy access to the subway and bus stops, making transportation incredibly easy. Overall, it was a stay that offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

They take request very seriously and i am really glad that Ive book my stay with wyndham. Its clean and quiet. Location is just directly above a metro station exit. Theres alot of stores and shopping centre nearby too. Overall its very worth. We are happy!!! We will stay with wyndham again.

First, the location is perfect central, convenient, and right next to a subway station. The area is lively with plenty of dining and shopping options. Key venues like the Excellence Center and Convention Center are nearby, ideal for both business and leisure.
Special thanks to Jossce at the front desk for her warm and professional service. She proactively assisted with check-in and arranged a quiet, comfortable room everything was handled smoothly.
Overall, a highly satisfying stay. Highly recommended for visitors to Shenzhen. Will definitely choose here again!

晚上10点多，我们才到酒店check-in，前台同事Yara主动提出可以帮我们upgrade行政套房，还很细心地安排同事送上浴缸套和浴盐到房间，谢谢Yara的安排！另外，酒店地理位置很好，邻近卓悦中心等大商场，十分方便！
