这家店其实最让我惊喜的是服务，提前就打电话了联系了我，值班经理Eason非常的专业和热情，虽然是遇到点小问题，但是他非常及时的就帮忙解决了。随口问了他一下周围有什么好吃的好玩的，他就给我们推荐了一条超棒的游玩路线！??? 路线里不仅有必打卡的景点，还安利了超地道的本地藏餐和扎寺拍照绝佳机位。
酒店也很漂亮，很有设计感，整个园区很大，有很多可以拍照打卡的地方。

Highly recommended for their service and cleanliness.buffet dinner and breakfast buffet were awesomely spread..all the staff left a very good memory for their guests..I may not be back this way but should i be..it will be right here!

今次来到西藏日喀则Hilton酒店 艺术感很重的一间时尚酒店 一贯Hilton酒店的作风 设计优雅 注重客户服务
我们一到酒店后check-in 酒店经理得知我们是庆祝12周年纪念 变升级了我们去总统套房 让我们十分惊喜 而且他们还配备了装饰以及盈欢生果篮及小食给我们 非常细心！ （感谢邝云经理的细心及非常优质的服务态度 多谢你的西藏小礼物以及月饼 ?? 想不到来了西藏也可以吃到月饼过中秋??）
房间十分舒适 而且设计非常时尚 所有配套硬件十分到位 配合氧气，以及制湿机 床褥亦十分舒服 令我们有一个很舒适的休息??
另外我们尝试了他们的西式自助餐 估唔到喺西藏都可以食到三文鱼刺身（系新鲜好味嗰只 冇肚痛） 而且所有食品都好好食 自助餐早餐亦都好多选择
这间酒店软件及硬件都做到十分到位， 十分推荐俾朋友

The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!

There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

I would recommend this hotel. The services are decent but not 5 stars or better it’s not like any other Hilton’s standard, a bit less.

They have a lot of cameras in the hotel but my gold earring disappeared from my room. Also the AC doesn’t work at all. So be careful if you book this hotel.
