酒店位于市中心，在露台望出是广濶的海，周边有很多日本餐厅，行不远处，还有超市，早餐有很多选择，值得再来。

We booked a king room but we got surprised that they prepare a twin room which make a king room. We checked the room and found that the room is a twin room. We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.

地点方便，设施充足. 有温泉，海景房视野舒蜴. 酒店附近有很多食肆，按摩店. 船面店营业至深夜，还有很多泰国小吃..

We booked a room with a balcony when we got the room we found out that the balcony was locked with a key. We called to ask that they send someone to open it and we waited for him for an hour. We missed the whole sunset. In addition, the balcony is really small and only enough for one chair
The next day they did not come to clean our room and we called the reception to ask them to come clean and we waited for two hours in the room and no one came. We went downstairs to talk to the reception representatives and only then did the cleaners come to clean the room but even then they didn't clean well at all.
In addition, the pool is beautiful, but it's more icy than snow, so you can't even enter it. The pool is in the shade all day and no sun reaches it, at least I would expect such a large and expensive hotel to take care of heating the pool. They probably don't want people to swim in it.
On New Year's Eve, they didn't do anything special for the hotel guests and demanded very expensive sums for a table in the hotel's restaurant.
A very big disappointment
We will never return to this hotel

洗澡水不舒服，浴巾不干净，枕头太高，楼下太吵，半夜睡不着觉，打扫也不用心，早餐品种不多，附近除了一个711也没啥，海景房就是个噱头，性价比不高，不推荐
