Whenever I visit Singapore, my first choice is always Hotel Boss. Its convenient location near MRT stations like Bugis makes it an ideal stay. The friendly staff and the ease of finding great food either downstairs or in the nearby area make it feel like my second home.

Booked premium balcony room with 2 kids, we expected the room is small. But we didn’t expect the room is smelly, obviously there’s drainage problem in bathroom and the smells is coming from there.
We have to request change of room. After we change the room problem bathroom smells a bit better but still have light smell.
However, we discovered more problem at 9:30 pm in our room, beddings are dirty, furnitures are sticky even found out there’s the telephone head set is dirty when I was trying to call front desk.
I tried to report my problem to trip.com. No one reply for the night and next morning I have to keep chasing.
Spent whole morning being pushed from hotel and between trip .com. Finally the hotel manager J understood my problem and said ?sent an approval for our family.
However I am disappointed with how Trip.com handle this case.

服务一流的好，非常棒的体验，虽然这个价格在新加坡也不贵，但真的是非常高的性价比，下次还住，没有槽点，唯一槽点就是中国人太多了，有点闹哄哄的

房间很不错，干净又安静。
酒店有游泳池、健身房等配套设施，超乎预期。
酒店临近地铁，周边就是南洋旧时街区变身的一家家小店，很是古朴。也有不少餐馆可以选择。
总之很方便。

房间整体不错，4楼有超大泳池，可以看到新加坡全景，空调特别凉，住的家庭房，一大床一个小床，白天出去玩，门口有公交车，离鱼尾狮公园很近。提前在携程办好公交车，机场去拿，比较方便，充值需要用visa卡。

I love how they change the beddings and towels everyday and clean the room as well! Overall it was a pleasant experience!

The location of this hotel is perfect, walking distance to Bugis and Haji Lane. Just 5 mins away from the Lavender MRT station.

I came back second time here. Good location. The room is clean. Very nice view from window. The room is not big but for Singapore it’s normal. The price is nice.
