Awesome ?? room service. Hotel ambiance simple and clean. Nice smell. . Staff are very accommodating. Location are great five minutes away from orchard malls

我每年都会去新加波旅行?这是我住过最差的旅馆非常不推荐The Chancellor @Orchard? Victoria和Yotel都会比这间来得好上百倍
????????要选这酒店的请3思?????????一进入酒店服务前台一位男的就态度非常的差，摆着一副臭脸然後
拿了房门卡後，更夸张的事情来了??
一进门发霉的味道和应该是上一位顾客留下的尿骚味然後风筒是发霉的?（我是第一次遇到风筒会发霉的）以前我也是做酒店管理的?实在不明白为什麽那麽肮脏却不至於理会
之後我下去了前台那男的前台客服直接翻我白眼让我去找经理（他妈这是什麽服务态度）
他们的Duty Manager Shirley （服务还是可以的至少没脸臭）帮我办理换房服务
到了另一间房
1）（风筒发霉的问题还是一样存在）要入住的你们请自己注意
2）椅子上残留着上一位住客的不懂什麽黏黏的残渍（有照片为证）
3）床单也是脏的
4）??????我在去洗衣的的路上（厨房的门口隔壁发现了一只老鼠，也让工作人员知道了（他只回了一句nvm just leave it）而我洗了衣服以後离开了1小时那只死老鼠一样还在现场期间我还看到了厨房的几位厨师看了一眼还说真肥也走了）完全就没打算处理?这酒店的Hygiene完全就不合格而且还出现在新加波这样一个国家真的完全无法想像为什麽执照还可以批下来

I travel to Singapore every year... and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I absolutely do not recommend The Chancellor Hotel@Orchard... Even Yotel & Victoria Hotel is hundreds of times better than this one.
????THINK TWICE before choosing this hotel ????
As soon as I entered the hotel, the male staff at the front desk had a terrible attitude, wearing a scowling face.
After getting the room key, something even more absurd happened...
Upon entering the room, there was a moldy smell and what seemed like the previous guest's urine odor. The hair dryer was moldy... (This is the first time I've ever encountered a moldy hair dryer). I used to work in hotel management... I really don't understand why they would ignore such filth.
Later, I went down to the front desk. That male staff member directly rolled his eyes at me and told me to go find the manager (What the hell kind of service attitude is this?).
Their Duty Manager, Shirley (her service was acceptable, at least she didn't scowl), helped me with the room change procedure.
In the other room:
1. The moldy hair dryer issue still persisted. Those of you planning to stay, please be aware.
2. There was some kind of sticky residue left by the previous guest on the chair (I have photo evidence).
3. The bedsheets were also dirty.
4. ?????? On my way to the laundry room (next to the kitchen door), I found a dead rat. I informed the staff, and he just said, "Nvm, just leave it." After I finished my laundry and left for about an hour, the dead rat was still there. During that time, I even saw a few kitchen staff glance at it, comment "so fat," and then walk away. They had no intention of dealing with it at all.
The hygiene standards of this hotel are completely unacceptable. Furthermore, for this to happen in a country like Singapore is truly unimaginable. I really don't understand how their license was approved.

房间整体感受还可以的，给了里面的房间 相对安静一些，酒店衞生良好，位置乌节路，方便逛市区！周边吃东西也很方便 ！
楼下有很多的酒吧 方便夜宵

设施:齐全，风景不错。衞生:比较乾净。环境:整体不错。
服务:还可以，就是办理入住太慢。其它都还好，整体环境不错。
整体价格偏高，也可能是新加坡都贵

酒店跟多美哥MRT站大约300米路程,10分钟内一定行到,尚算方便,邻近有大型商场包围着,更有网红打卡热点龙之树窿,可达度一流，是值得居住的酒店?！

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a warm smile. The location is perfect, too. It’s super convenient, just a short walk from the MRT station and Orchard Road, which is a shopper's paradise. I loved being able to walk to all the major shopping malls and restaurants. I also appreciated that there's a bus stop right nearby, making it even easier to explore the city.
The room itself was clean and very comfortable, but the highlight for me was the stunning view. I couldn't get enough of it, it was absolutely breathtaking and made my trip so much more memorable. Since I'm more of an outdoor person, I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the time I did spend was great.
The only minor issue was during breakfast. When I was there, there were many tour groups, including students and other tourists, which made the breakfast area quite busy. It could get a little chaotic, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to be close to all the action with amazing service and a beautiful view to top it all off. I was truly impressed!

Room Condition:
* The room size was really good and comfortable.
* However, the coffee cups in the room were not clean upon check-in.
* I had to call room service twice; initially, they insisted the cups were clean without checking, but later replaced them.
* Service was a bit slow.
Reception & Check-in Experience:
* The lady at reception was very helpful in arranging an early check-in (1 hour before the scheduled time).
* She informed me that the room was getting ready, so I went out of the lobby to get some drinks.
* When I returned, she wasn’t at the desk for 15–20 minutes.
* In her absence, I spoke with a male staff member who was somewhat rude and told me to wait until 2:30 PM, despite my earlier arrangement.
* When the lady returned, I spoke to her again, and she promptly instructed the man to hand over the room to me.
Overall Feedback:
* I understand that standard check-in time is 3 PM, and it's fine to be asked to wait.
* However, staff should avoid being rude and should verify if a guest mentions a prior arrangement, rather than dismissing it.
* These small interactions can leave a slightly negative impression.
Overall Stay:
* Despite a few hiccups, the overall stay was good and appreciated.

Overall good hotel, good location reasonable price would certainly come back! Pro: Well maintained room, good AC, comfortable bedding, strong shower; all basic amenities provided. Good room insulation also, very quite despite facing a highway... Only cons is the rooftop pool which is surrounded by too noisy AC motors and no pool towels are provided by hotel, so very unpleasant experience! However you can go up once just to look at SG skyline, quite nice view!
