I didnt manage to get their names but am very appreciative of the kind assistance provided during my stay. They have limited manpower , no bellman and all the staff were ladies however the young receptionist and their duty manager did all they can to assist. The hotel are very strict with the rules and I felt area of improvement would be to note tone of voice to guests and maybe verbiage , however I understand she is doing her job. Housekeeping supervisory or room inspection may have an overlook as there was a dried up lens on cupboard but it was a small issue that doesnt affect my stay so i didnt raise but figured would be essential point to note for room audits. Despite facing alot of difficulties and that encounter... would be glad to be back again as the 2 ladies has converted my stay into a pleasant one.

The hotel room is not well-maintained. There is visible dust on the staircases, underneath the desk, and even on the hanging lights. The safe box is broken and not functioning. In addition, the room has many sharp edges, which make it unsafe and not child-friendly.

Good price and good location, cleaning is ok for me, not observing any major problems, comfortable staying and worth the price. Loft is definitely something kids like.
breakfast is quite ok, but having some birds fly to fake food, quite annoying.

The view and location are great!
The swimming area, gym are also sooo nice :)
BUT the room definitely has a problem: THE SMELL, it’s so humid and was difficult for me to breathe there, just a heavy and unpleasant smell.
Overall the room condition was decent, but could improve!

今年出差第二次定了 清洁越来越差了 估计下次就不定了
入住的时候给我了一张门卡 我不停的刷 结果刷不开 我只好下楼重新问前台 帮我弄好了之後就説好了 我结果再去刷 一个白人小姐姐问我有什麽事情吗 我一看这是一房两卡吗？ 然後看了一下我的卡片，发现在前台她把我的房号改了 我服气了 为什麽不説一声呢？ 尴尬极了！难怪第一次刷了半天刷不开
我已经给他们太多机会了 住了很多次了 并没有改观 算了 下次还是换一家

酒店位置还可以。衞生的话还算説得过去吧。不过因为是这种房型玻璃都是封闭窗，只靠空调空气有些不舒服。最大的问题是那天不知道为什麽入住的人特别多，排了很长的队。得有近一小时终於到我们办理入住的时候，前台説没有房间了。可是我们到达酒店的时间是入住时间，不理解为什麽会没有腾出空的房间，包括我们後面还有很多人排队大家都没有房间，只能继续等待。前台给了一点餐厅的代金券作为补偿，就是这样了。除此之外酒店还可以吧

到马尔代夫旅行，在新加坡转机！简单入住一晚！本人在新加坡待过几年，所以觉得所有位置都ok方便！酒店入住率很高，估计因为性价比高的原因！房间loft公寓感，大小凑乎！个别前台女性工作人员态度….其它ok

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！

是在一家KTV上面，有点吵。电梯共用出入人有点杂。

服务比较好，周边环境稍有不足，白天有些嘈杂，晚上还是比较安静。性价比高，推荐。
