  服务人员亲切，饭店位置交通方便，住宿价格CP值不错，但连续住三天浴室卫生纸与沐浴乳未补充，早餐餐点不错，

  酒店年份比较久，但是环境衞生还算乾净的，房间里不提供饮用水，洗漱用品很一般，对洗护用品有要求的建议自带。与前台沟通流畅，地理位置优越是选择这家酒店的首要条件，离各大景点都很近，距离地铁站和公交站100米左右，交通非常便利。

  一开始看到差评很多还有点焦虑，但是入住後感觉基本环境还是可以，接水去走廊接也算方便，房间里有提供洗漱用品、毛巾，而且每天也有清洁房间并更换新的洗漱用品。就是空调有点冷，且提供的被子比较薄，我们也没有多要被子，後面几天关了空调睡就还行。 离CC线最近，但DT线也不远，附近还有一个公交站，出行还不错，可以步行去国家博物馆、福康宁公园。

  只能説200多新币中的酒店不太满意的，可以有更多选择。它床单枕头还有毛巾是特别老旧。我住了三天，忍了三天，衞生间浴缸里防滑脚垫我放进去三天位置都没有变化一下，就是説打扫衞生就是添置毛巾整理下床铺而已。房间大小在新加坡算正常的，如果在意细节不推荐，在意房间大小还正常可以住。定的大床房，但是他説没有了没有给到我，也没有问我第二天调整一下房间。所以拼凑起来忍了三天。毛巾不建议用酒店的，很薄很旧，不乾净了。酒店没有瓶装水，但是有提供楼层饮水机。

  Hotel located at a great location along Queen Street, surrounded with heritage buildings and churches. 200m walking distance from Bras Basah MRT Station. Just two stops from Orchard Road. On the other side, visitors are welcomed by Bugis Street, Bugis+, Bugis Junction, Albert Centre for some of the best hawker food, Bencoolen and Waterloo. Within walking distance to Haji Lane and Northbridge for those who are adventurous. Always a wise choice to book your stay with Hotel Royal @ Queens.

  The hotel is very accessible to a lot of tourist spots. It is a very good hotel with amenities and water dispenser at the hallway. Our room was cleaned daily and overall the staffs are accommodating and nice. Will definitely come back again.

  今年国庆假期去新加坡看F1选择住这家酒店，环境衞生还可以，设施有点旧，工作人员很热情，还帮般行李到房间。酒店地理位置很好，离地铁站很近，出行方便。
