The hotel is old and poorly maintained, a pity as It is located in a prime Central Area. The checkin team member was very helpful and helped us to change from our 2 rooms to a family room ??

I really loved staying at Robertson Hotel—the view is beautiful, the vibes are positive, and the reception staff (Myanmar)are very warm ,welcoming and helping ??.Room is clean great location with beautiful view .

服务人员非常亲切，屋内很乾净整洁，房间大小刚刚好，窗外的风景很美丽，离克拉码头、MRT、7-11很近，走路5-10分钟内就可以到，地点非常好，去哪里都很方便，下次去新加坡我绝对会考虑再次入住。
唯一的缺点是，厕所镜子下面没有可以方便放盥洗用品的地方。

Pros:
Perfect location. MRT, Bus stops, food places convenient stores are closeby. Walking distance to clarke quay and boat quay.?
Cons:
Hotel is between average and below average. Limited amenities, we were given bath towels as bathroom mat. Bathroom had mold everywhere. Aircond leaked when turned off and funnily the walls and floor become wet and moist when turned off. Doesn’t have proper security. Anyone from basement can go up to any level, so be careful with your belongings.

Second time at this hotel,, although this time the process of checking in is different from first time as the receptionist to take a photo of confirmation number on booking page on trip .com app ,

地理位置没话説，走路可以到福康宁公园，旁边就是克拉码头，晚上很热闹，酒吧夜宵一条街，离地铁也不远，我们第一天坐缆车去圣淘沙岛来回GRAB，之後都是地铁进出，在新加坡，这种房价是非常平价的啦～

This Hotel is awful and close to criminal.
DON’T BOOK before you read recessions and you are sure to accept Thomas risk.
The reservation process is confusing.
Booking a double room you are asked for one guest.
Nominating a 2nd later is not possible.
Name changes are rejected. On arrivals thy just don’t give you the room.
Talking to management is waste of time, she is cold brewed. “Offer” you the same room at standard rate.

The location is strategic, town area
nearby Singapore River. Going to MBS, Merlion Park, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, Fort Canning Park, all tourists spots are nearby. Easy to take grab/cab and MRT station. Good reception and friendly and helpful. Most important is free parking for guests. We can park car over here and go anywhere nearby
