Sheets were dirty with small bugs and blood stains. Informed housekeeping to replace the sheets on the next day. Toilet has a sewage smell. This location has a lot of food choices as it is just opposite Tiong Bahru Market. However, we are unlikely to stay here again.

Opposite has bus station, MRT station nearby as well
Room consider spacious in SG
Just that the shower room need improve, got some stain on the floor

仔细住起来很不舒服，1浴室的门稍微用力会到另一边，会关在浴室里里出不来，硬开玻璃会破碎，如果一个人住被困住非常危险
2洗澡水时热时冷，冷的相当快，过两分钟突然又热
3房间走道阴暗不适合单身女生
4明明和前台説了不要动被子，我们回来房间时仍然看到他们改变了我原来的位置，也没换床单。会有心理上不乾净的感觉

这家酒店整体设施确实偏陈旧，墙面有些斑驳，家俱也带着明显的使用痕迹，衞浴设备的款式也比较老旧。但考虑到这个价位，这样的条件也算合理，性价比还算不错。最让人满意的是酒店的安静程度，远离了城市的喧嚣，房间隔音效果很好，完全听不到外界的嘈杂声，住起来很舒心，适合想要好好休息的人，对於追求性价比、不介意设施老旧的旅客来説，是个不错的选择。

We had a great stay for 1 night. Hotel is going thru a renovation but everything is good. I will definitely come after the renov.

Just a basic hotel. Not much sound proof. Can hear the noise along the corridor. Walking distance to mrt is about 15 minutes.

房间里有蚂蚁，太多蚂蚁，让人心理不适。找前台，只是给我换了一间房间，也没什麽説法，结果换的房间里还是有蚂蚁，哎！但是有房就办理入住，没有等三点，这点还是好的，除此以外附近有很多吃饭的地方。

Some of the hotel is closed for a rebuild, the working part is somewhat dated. Overall clean, if you like vintage 80s or 90s style.
Rooms are small and well laid out, has windows and a surprisingly good sound proofing (located next to a road)
Location is great - 2 separate MRT stations and many bus lines close by. Tiong Bahru Market just across the road.
For a budget hotel - very good.

The biggest advantage is the location, just 5 min walk to Havelock MRT that takes you to Orchard and Maxwell conveniently, and 5 min walk to Tiong Bahru Market. Room is clean & bright, the only downside for me is no bidet.
