房间非常大，意想不到有2个厕所，主人房厕所仲要有2个洗手盘，可以一齐刷牙梳洗，悭返d时间！酒店职员亦都好nice，服务态度好好！酒店自助早餐款式都多，甜品好食！

The hotel lobby is humid especially during hot day. Jkt is hot day most day.
Gym only opened 6am-10pm
Lift lobby on each room floor is humid and no aircon.
As soon as you step into the hotel entrance, into the lift and out of the lift lobby before entering the room, the area has a musky smell and can be unbearable. To add on, there is no aircon along the lift corridor.
Morning breakfast is quite limited. Indonesian cuisine selection is limited, international cuisine also limited.
Inside the room, they do not provide any drinking bottles. There is water dispensing container but I am not sure if the container is clean and safe for drinking. So in the end I buy my own bottled water.
The towel provided were well washed and over used, also smelly. Just like these towels just hot from the laundry and not propered air.
Basically I just find the hotel condition IS OLD and not well maintained.

房间景观很棒，可以一览南雅加达繁华的城市景观。房间整体乾净舒适，有洗衣机和厨具设备，也有饮水机，不用煮水就可以直接取热水泡咖啡，非常方便。

我入住了雅加达雅诗阁（Ascott Jakarta），虽然在入住过程中遇到了一些问题，但我对酒店工作人员的处理方式印象非常深刻。整个团队都非常支持、细心，总是愿意及时帮助我们解决问题。特别想感谢 Oscar Prabowo 先生，他在我们入住期间始终尽心尽力。他的专业、耐心以及积极主动的态度让原本可能会变得紧张的经历变得非常愉快。正因为他的付出，我们感受到了被真诚关怀的体验。我真心感谢他的努力，也愿意因为这份优质的服务而推荐这家酒店。

必须要先吐槽一下雅加达的航空，本来定了2晚，后来航班给我顺延了一天，无奈只能再定一晚。不含早餐1600多，划到每个房间500多，也就符合这个收费吧，地理位置很一般，旁边是贫民窟，周围没有食肆，不太方便。

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful :) They provide excellent service and hospitality.
Hotel room is spacious, can open up 2 medium luggage at the study area. Detergent is provided if you planning to do laundry in your hotel room.
I have joined their sunday morning yoga class in the morning at their gym room. Overall experience is good and we love it very much, will definitely go back again!

来雅加达在这个酒店住了好几天，超出预期的满意，地理位置好，房间乾净整洁，有家的感觉，冰箱，洗衣机，微波炉，烤箱，饮水机都有，每天的早餐种类也很丰富，每天都不一样，很好吃很美味～

Ascott’s staff are very accommodating and helpful. You say it, and they will help you with it. I just hope they can have more choices for breakfast. But overall stay is comfortable and nice!

这是一家不错的公寓式酒店，入住快捷方便，酒店服务不错，值得一题的是，酒店的早餐比较一般了，对吃有要求的可以选择早餐点外卖

The aircon is shitty in hot Jakarta. The room was super hot and seems not open very long. Lights were dim and not well lit. Alley is hot to the room as hotel trying to save electricity by not running the aircon. In all a disaster stay.
