  国庆前带孩子错峯入住，没想到整个酒店生意十分惨淡。周六固定项目游船也被取消，酒店设施写了“恒温游泳池”，给孩子带了游泳装备，结果被告知从酒店营业之初未曾开放过泳池。总体来讲，入住期间只有付费小火车和看梅花鹿两项活动。小童乐园全是投币的项目，不太适合小龄婴幼儿。定的全景套房，只有夜景和早餐还算合格。

  It was a wonderful experience because I made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Ms.Soy was very patient to help me contact the platform to solve it. At first, the room smelled a little smoky, and she also helped me deal with the room change, knowing that I was here for a trip, and introduced me to the surrounding attractions and restaurants. The scenery on the island is very good, the only regret is that the lotus flowers have withered.

  酒店的位置非常好，在一个小岛上，很安逸，周围的环境很好，酒店还有游艇，房间设施齐全，乾净，前台接待也很热情，下次还会选择遂宁首座万豪酒店。

  房间中规中矩，吹风机散方应该是上一个客人用了服务人员未收纳，酒店占地面积大但可能是淡季没啥玩的。露营区关闭的，游乐园和卡通车两个区才1个服务人员两边跑，要玩那你就等着服务人员出现，打得是亲子酒店招牌，房间里没有任何亲子服务体现。早餐没有引座人员，服务和之前住的万豪酒店服务真的差好多。

  万豪，在圣莲岛上，环境优美，幽静，房间很大，可以看涪江江景，客房服务响应很及时，早餐丰盛，中西餐俱全，品类多，有椰奶清补凉。有大浴缸。有两点建议：纸巾只有一个，在洗手池上，房间用纸巾不方便；酒店在岛上，买东西不方便，可以增加自主售货机的品类。

  Hotel staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Location is off main city with no other amenities within walking distance so something for visitors to consider but definitely with considering if you prefer a quiet place. I book the suite with river view and it was great. Will consider staying here again the next time

  Outstanding service and beautifully designed hotel that should be reached by car. It’s secludedness made it impossible to order sth from outside in the late evening.
