Very kind and helpful staff. Prime location, 2 mins walking distance from Xinghu Jie metro station, right next to the Starbucks. I wish the AC worked in the cooling mode, I was feeling hot every night. Aside from that every thing was great. They even upgraded my room type from a regular room to one with the bathtub and city view without asking, free of charge. I was travelling solo and it was a great experience.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay. Very basic room, but spacious and clean. I have stayed here on at least 4 occasions.

和同事在该酒店订了两间房，一间有蟑螂、一间床头有不明脏污，反馈至前台后，蟑螂房进行了升级换房，不明脏污房由于已经满房，起初推辞换房，但是我不接受，实在膈应，于是未沟通确认的情况下，酒店工作人员直接敲门给我们一张房卡，説给我们换到楼上的一间，态度很阴阳怪气，説你们不是要换房吗？当即有点生气，问上面的房间会不会也有问题？工作人员説，那要你们自己去看，才知道有没有问题，也表示如果要投诉就投诉好了。想着另外一间房间应该至少不会有床头不明脏污，于是就收拾东西去了另一间房，打开门就是一股长时间无人居住的陈旧气味，打开电视、电视烧屏无法观看。
服务一星给的酒店处理合理诉求的态度以及酒店前台，态度差得出奇，完全像是在带着情绪在上班，没有做到起码的相互尊重，一个是办理入住、寄存物品，态度语气不耐烦，一个是第1顺位排队，却给比我们后到达的顾客先办理入住，我们表示不满之后，没有任何的致歉语言，可调监控查看。
説实话第1次住到这种奇葩的酒店，给后面的家人们狠狠避雷。

The location is great, and the room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is very friendly, and a translation device is available. However, the hotel is a bit expensive compared to the service provided. It can also be noisy at times, as you can hear when someone uses water in the upper apartment.

I stayed at this hotel due to the proximity to the Intercontinental Hotel where someone was staying that I visited. The room feels sterile and empty and is very simple but spacious.
