设施：酒店设施齐全，健身房，图书馆，洗衣服烘乾，早餐，晚上有免费粥，咸鸭蛋，小菜！吐槽左侧电梯不灵光，1楼开门一直卡住！希望尽快修复！

还不错，前台态度也好，公共区域有个小小游乐区小朋友可以玩，也有书籍可以看。床也软硬适度，退房那天是早班动车，吩咐了下也有贴心地准备简单早点。

2024-08-01高级双人间8431房间的入住体验：
全酒店共8楼，进出酒店有旋转门和推拉门，虽然携程上面説在入住酒店当日14点後办理入住，但在8点左右就可以办理入住。
（1）地理位置：酒店距离“『滨河路玉山路北』公交站仅有90米，在酒店大厅就能看到公交站；『沙金桥』地铁站（3号线，2号滨河路出入口）约有220米，但是距离火车站较远，特别是『苏州北站』约有17千米；距离「淮海街」步行约1.2公里即可到达。具体位置可视图1，2，3。
（2）衞生环境与房间布局：洗手枱是在洗手间的外面，即客房门口的玄关处；马桶与浴室是乾湿分离，衞生相对来説较乾净，电视机附近仍有部分灰尘，需要加强打扫；房间共有2床＋1沙发，可以将行李物品放置於沙发处。具体情况可视图4，5，6。
（3）酒店与房间的设施：酒店内设有机器人*2，可快速办理入住；房间内设有智能马桶与智能中控，但是房间内的半部分窗帘未能通过中控实现关闭，希望修复。具体情况可视图7。
总体来説，第一次入住亚朵酒店印象很好，希望能在设施这方面加强一下，4.5分推荐此酒店??????！

半夜到达苏州，临时订的房间。以前订希尔顿多，住过一次亚朵发现经济实惠。
玖辞小姐姐热情，沟通能力强，办理速度快，还给升了房，表扬下！
酒店有夜宵，能洗衣，最主要枕头确实舒服，睡个好觉第二天出发寒山寺。

这一次出门住了几家酒店，感觉还是亚朵最舒服，特别是这一次住的苏州淮海路的亚朵，能让我们提前入住，沟通很顺畅，这里交通也很便利，离三塘街也就十几块钱的出租车费。周围不吵闹，比较安静，住的舒服，对於长途跋涉的人来説，晚上能休息好太重要了，当然乾净，衞生更没得説，以後出门就选择亚朵了，性价比高。

My recent stay at the Atour Hotel Huaihai Street, Lion Mountain, in the Suzhou New District, from March 2 to March 3, 2024, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with the utmost warmth and professionalism, making me feel immediately welcomed. The hotel's location is superb, nestled in a vibrant area that boasts a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern convenience.
The room I was allocated was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. The view of Lion Mountain added a serene backdrop to my stay, reminding me of Suzhou's natural beauty.
