This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The service is always good, and the staff are very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the MRT.

房间满意，旁边就是商场，很方便出行和吃饭，地铁也离得很近，坐地铁去市区的景点也非常的方便和丝滑，下次继续！

房间很大很乾净，也很安静。因为是有事去苏州，匆匆忙忙的，晚去早离，前台小杨一直很有耐心，还送了伴手礼。

good environment, just a bit noisy due to construction, but generally ok. breakfast is nice.. all the food for breakfast is cleared.

It was fine on my first day there. On my second day, at night the neighbour came back at 1 am and made a huge racket until 3 am. The sound proof was clearly not good enough to not hear your neighbors conversations if they speak loudly. Then later I could hear snoring from the other side of the room when one of them headed out for more drinks and the other finally went to sleep.
I did not get any good sleep at all. When I gave feedback the next day I did not feel as if the receptionist was sincere in her apology. After talking for 3 minutes on what happened with a few questions on her side she offered a reduction but my ride had already arrived. And then she told me to not post a review about it. But I think if the sound proof is inadequate better let other people be aware and ready to exchange rooms at night.
In the process she asked me why I had not gave feedback in the middle of the night when it happened. I had to tell her I wanted to go to sleep, and previous to the question I already informed her that they were drunk and loud. It was extremely unpleasant having to explain myself. Firstly, I was tired and not ready to move rooms and risk being harassed by drunk neighbors. Secondly, they were drunk it was likely they will calm down just because the hotel ask them too.
